We arrived to find the phuse in tip top shape. The keyless entry was a great convenience, as we had four groups converging on the house. The Saturday traffic comming off the bridge was messy, and Southern Shores Realty should exert as much political influence as possible to improve the traffic lites at the cross streets (the bridge is not the problem). We found a number of miiscule issues which should be corrected as part of your maintenance program. These were listed on the form which we turned in, and so will not be repeated here. We hope to enjoy Souther Shores again next year.

We loved the location, we loved the beach, it was so private, we loved the house as it was big enough for our 12 people, even had a table where we could all have dinner together.
The pool was great, with a pool house for snacks and a bathroom!
We plan to go back again next year. -

Loved the house - it is really lovely, loved the location.
Down stairs television/video components needed instructions.
Had a slight ant problem on arrival day at the pool but the customer service was quick to send a technician over to address.
Loved the electronic key as well.

What a FABULOUS home! We had 12 people from
all over the world meet in Duck for a friends
wedding. The Atlantis was an absolute perfect
location for us all. ALL the ammenties of
home and just a short distance to the beach.
Absolutely beautiful furnishings and we
enjoyed the hot tub! The pool looked fun but
it was too cold for us to use. I HIGHLY
recommend this house for your vacation needs.
ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC and the ocean view was

WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. THE HOUSE IS IDEAL. GREAT LAYOUT. AND VERY COMFORTABLE. WE ALL REALLY ENJOYED OURSELVES. WE COULD OF USED SOME TOWELS. WE DIDN'T REALIZE THAT THEY WERE NOT PROVIDED. BUT WE MADE DO WITH WHAT WE HAD. WALMART WAS NOT FAR AWAY. EVEN THE BEACH ACCESS WAS NOT FAR AWAY AND EASY TO WALK OUT TOO THE BEACH. SOME OF THE SHEETS ON THE BEDS DID NOT FIT WELL AND A FEW ITEMS IN THE KITCHEN WERE BROKEN. BUT WHAT A GREAT KITCHEN IT WAS-VERY ROOMY. OVER ALL IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST VACATIONS WE HAVE EVER HAD.
