The house is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, but near the main intersection close to stores, bike paths, and other activities. The beach is within easy walking distance. The pool was delightful. The house is well stocked with kitchen items. There was enough room for everyone - 8 adults. There were plenty of TVs, pool items, a grill and 2 working bikes. Check in was easy and helpful. The only improvement could be in the condition of the house, particulary the vertical blinds with missing parts and light bulbs needing replacement. We would be happy to rent this unit again.

Great location, everything you need for a beach vacation. House was just big enough, close enough to walk to the beach, close to the shops and stores.
Vacant lot next door offers a great deal of privacy, end of the culdasac makes for a quiet experience as well.
Plan on going back! -

We love the Outer Banks. This house was the first house we were not happy with. The house is outdated. The sliding glass door was broke, most of the blinds were broke, the carpet was dirty, fans with no light bulbs, nails coming up through the deck, and a dirty shower on the first floor. Also the washer and dryer location in the bathroom is just a pain and it is also very old and small. We enjoyed the pool, the privacy was great. We enjoyed the location: just a hop skip and jump away from the ocean. Overall we had a great time,however the money spent on the house was not worth it. Next year will be differnt.

We had a great time at this property. It was really close to everything. The pool and the hot tub were in great condition and we all enjoyed having them at our disposal. There were only a couple things that weren't in the best of shape and that was the furniture there were a few rips/tears in the furniture upholstery and the entertainment center was missing some connection pieces as was one of the televisions. But overall this was a nice home!

We chose this home because of it's location to the beach and amenities such as pool, basketball court, etc.
The home was in need of many repairs. Most, if not all, of the windows showed signs of water damage from leaks and there was water damage/mold in one area of the ceiling. Deck furniture was broken and the decks themselves need some TLC. Being an older home, it could use some "sprucing up" in the form of new carpets/flooring, furniture and kitchen items (i.e. pots, pans, etc.). The home had 2 fold away beds included and we had to use them due to the number of people we had. However, they were not in very good shape at all.
I think this house could be better if it were cleaned up and updated significantly. My kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach was great. -

I loved the house and the fact that different living quarters were on different floors was great. The beach was not as close as we thought but still walkable. The pool had no place for shade but was still fun.

The house was fabulous and the access to the beach was adequate. We had a great time spending time there and that the hot tub was used often. The pool was great for the kids when the weather was too hot to spend at the beach. We had a great time and we thank the owners for allowing to stay in their wonderful home.
