This is the second year in a row that my family has stayed at this house. We love the location and all the room that we get. The movie room is awesome. We can walk to the beach from the house and getting to the Food Lion quickly is very convenient. My only complaint is that the cleaners just do an okay job of getting the house ready. If you are a neat freak like me, I would suggest taking some cleaning wipes for the kitchen cabinets, etc. I realize they only have so much time to get the house ready. It's a shame people don't respect the property they are staying in and clean up after themselves. I always leave a place cleaner than I found it. I also wish they would supply sheets and towels so we didn't have to bring our own, but we manage just fine. We plan on going back there for many more years to come unless we outgrow that house now that we are having our 3rd grandchild!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a cool week and somewhat rainy, but the house offered more than enough amenities to keep us busy when we couldn't enjoy being outdoors. However, the pool and hot tub area were probably the most utilized areas of the house. It was well maintained, clean, and updated. The kitchen was huge and beautiful! The only issue we had was the wifi. It was turned off and took several days to remedy the problem. Regardless, we will likely rent this property again! Thanks for the great time!

The service was excellent, the home was everything we wanted it to be. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The theater room was exceptional and the kitchen and family room were to die for. Really liked the home and closeness to the beach and kitty hawk. It is a real winner ! The carpets really needed to be cleaned especially on the stairs and the air filters needed changing other than that it was very clean and neat as a pin...I would recommend to anyone.

You get a whole lot of house for such a great price!!! The house is very modernized and really located in a great spot for tranquility. I would like to see more lighting around the area though, very tough to get around with the lack of lighting in the area. Loved the keyless entry....no time to waste at the office. Overall, a wonderful experience! Would definitely do it again!

I have stayed in MANY great homes on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Five O'Clock Somewhere was by far the top of the list. The large, gorgeous home comes with every extra perk you can hope to have. The spacious kitchen has room for all 10 of the family to work on dinner together. The kitchen has great pots, gadgets, and lovely sets of dishes for up to 16! Two dishwashers make clean-up easy! The movie room was fantastic, and the hot tub was great on clear nights when the moon was full and the stars out !
The house is a nice walk from the beach, and close to the grocery stores.
This home is great. Everything is there that you need, and the fireplace is fantastic. We loved staying at this house, even in the freezing temperatures. I cannot imagine how nice it is in the summer when the pool is open ( it has a waterfall!). The porches are great, with outside doors from most every room in the house.

The house was quite nice, had a few issues. When we
arrived there was a note saying that the washing
machine didn't work - it was fixed a few days later
after we followed up with the management company.
The house had several nice amenities - but a few
issues as well. The hot tub wasn't functioning
properly for our entire stay, the jacuzzi tub in one
bathroom didn't have enough hot water to fill it up,
and the kitchen was missing some general cooking

This was the best house my family has ever stayed in. Everything was clean and we loved everything from the trim in the house to the outside. The kitchen was really nice. We loved the pool and hot tub. It was great to be out to ourselves. Also it was great to have two parking places under roof. The paint scheme was beautiful. We just can't say enough good about it other than we would like to have stayed longer. The only problem we had was the last night we tried to use the clothes washer but it overflowed into the floor and down the hall into several bedrooms. It was just one of those things that happens. No real big deal.

I will never be able to hear the phrase "it's 5'oclock somewhere" without thinking about this house. We have stayed in the outer banks for 9 years and this is our favorite house. Space, storage and every convience needed. Great pool and hot-tub set-up. Clean and fresh because it is a newer house. Superb location. We spent every night up in the crows nest because of the great weather. Nothing negative to say and will plan on staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay very much, though the hot tub was not working during our stay (surprising in a brand new house). Nice pool.
It's a bit of a walk to the beach with little ones, but nice to be in a quiet location and the ocean views from the upper level and widows walk were terrific. The media room was a nice bonus and the two dishwashers and fridges were especially appreciated by our large group. Comfortable beds, great porches, and lots of space.

This home has so much to offer, great location. Plenty of space that you're not in each others way, but still very family oriented.Pricing for all you get is a great deal. This property I highly recommend, the porches and the view on the top deck..so relaxing and fun.
