We really loved our stay at Must Be Nice! The owners of this home thought of
everything to make our visit relaxing and enjoyable. The kitchen is huge and
very well equipped and the rooms are all tastefully decorated. A great place for
hanging out with family and friends.
This home is close to everything. You do have to drive but it's only a short
distance.
We will definitely be back.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week in Southern Shores at Must Be Nice! This is a beautifully appointed home close the sound with amazing sunset views over the water.
This house is a short drive to the public beach where lifeguards are on duty to watch over your family. The location is also midpoint between the lower beaches, restaurants, and shopping in Kill Devil Hills, Kitty Hawk and Nags Head, and the upper beaches, restaurants, and shopping in Duck and Corolla.
We'd recommend this house to anyone wanting a newer, well furnished, family friendly home for their vacation on the Outer Banks. -

This home was very spacious and beautifully decorated. My family and I enjoyed the neighborhood and the sunsets over the sound. The passes to the beach were an extra touch that I have never had before and made our trip even better. Thanks for the memories.

I have made 14 week long vacation trips to the Oouter Banks staying at a different property each trip. By far, this is the nicest property we have rented. The reason is quite simple. This house has the feel of someone's primary residence- it is beautifully appointed and delightfully designed. this is the first property I have rented that didn't feel like I was renting a beach house. I feel like I was staying at someones primary home. Makes the experience much more enjoyable.
