We absolutely loved this house ! We've been coming to Southern Shores for 7 years and this was by far our favorite house. It was close to everything - and a quick walk to the beach. The view from the top patio is unbeatable - unobstructed ocean view ! We had 4 families - 8 adults and 11 kids and the house was perfect -we never felt crowded. Pool and hot tub were great too - only down side was there was no shade at the pool and it was HOT. House has the best set up in the kitchen - unlimited pots, pans and silverware. Had a well stocked beach room too - everything you could ever want !

The week we spent at Mutual Fun was awesome. There was about 20 of us, so it made a lot of sense to get a house like this. The layout was great and the amenities were even better!
Many times we spent playing billiards in the gaming room. In the mornings and evenings we spent in the hot tub and swimming pool.
Cooking out on a regular basis was awesome. Beach access was about 100 yards away or less in either direction. A few of us spent time surf fishing while others enjoyed boogie boarding in the ocean.
I would definitely recommend Mutual Fun to anyone with a good sized group and depending on our own schedules we hope to be back at some point. -

Very nice house, we took 22 people and we all had a blast. Very close to the ocean, the pool in the back was enjoyed by all, the teens enjoyed the pool table as well. The entire house was just fantastic, the kitchen was large enough for us all to enjoy. Would definitely rent again!

This house was great for 4 families (18 people, 8 adults and 10 kids) over Memorial Day....The fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom was very appealing and convenient. There was plenty of space in the "living area" and at the 2 eating tables. The rec room was a great place for the kids to hang while the adults were upstairs. The pool was well-used by the kids and the beach access was convenient. Ocean Boulevard is a great location---subsequently, in July, I became a homeowneer on Ocean Blvd. too. :-)
