The personnel at Southern Shotres were very polite and easy to deal with. The house was beautiful with plenty of space and many new features. The pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub were well kept. The location was wonderful--right along the beach. The only negative comment we had was that there was a big drop from the last step to the beach. It was hard for seniors and young children to get up and down there. There also was a public access right next to the property. The bedrooms were all very spacious and we loved the fact that they all had nice sized bathrooms attached to each of them. The 2nd and 3rd floors each had their own kitchen areas, so it made it real easily when sharing the house with more than one family. There were televisions in each bedroom and big televisions in the living room areas of the 2nd and 3rd floor. We had a great time!!

We had 12 people, ages 2-63, staying at Palm Villa.
The home was very well decorated and spacious enough to give everyone their privacy if needed. It was like having 2 apartments with easy access to both floors. There was plenty of room for us all to sit down and eat together. Another huge plus was all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. The pool and hot tub were very inviting after a long day on the beach.
All in all we had an excellent vacation. Would recommend this home to everyone! -

This is the third house I have rented in Southern Shores and we absolutely loved it. It is the best one yet. The pool was great, the ocean was just steps away and the house was beautiful. My only regret was that I did not sign up to reserve this house again this year.

House is exceptionally beautiful...have stayed for 4-5 years...would stay again if the pool would stay heated! Will miss the house! One of the nicest houses we have stayed in...my daughter got married on the beach there last year...have been coming to the Outer Banks since 1986!

This was a wonderful house. Beach access was great - the pool was warm and inviting. Loved the closeness to everything. House was very nicely decorated.
