Essentially the house is well located, quiet (though no one occupied the adjoining unit). It was clean and well stocked. The coffee pot needs to be replaced; one of our group cleaned it with vinegar and it was still not up to his standards (Starbucks was not far away). The microwave is very old and need to be replaced. Other than those two items, there were no problems.

After a rocky road at first in booking the home,miscommuncation.
The house was very clean and in good repair.
There were enough pots and pans to cook with and not in bad shape.
Some of the remote controls need fixed ,that was the only small thing that was not working properly,the short walk to the beach was great and the location was also great.
Would properly rent again but may be looking for one with a elevator for some in our party can't handle all the steps. -

Home in a great location, close to the ocean, love the access to the pool. Kitchen was very cramped, and in desperate need of update, couldn't even pop popcorn in microwave.

Pelican's Landing has a nice semi-oceanfront view, but this home needs some updating, especially in the living room. The furniture there was so worn and yucky that we covered it with sheets just so that we could sit on it. Also on the second day of our stay, a pipe in the Master Bath broke and water went all over the floor and adjacent carpet. The rental company reimbursed us for some of the aggravation caused by that, but still a nuisance. We enjoyed the beach and the location of this home, but would not stay there again.
