Have enjoyed Pelican Watch Way for many years. This is first time in this home. It was nice and what we expected.
Hot tub was out of commission for 1/2 the week. HVAC system causes the back bedroom to be cut off from A/C due to pressure build up when door is closed (no return in room), this causes the room to get hot and uncomfortable during the nights.
Staying across from pool was a plus -

Excellent location, enjoyable stay...but:
Kitchen needs thorough cleaning (drawers, cupboards, etc.)
Bathroom with hottub needs redone or fixed up (caulking, etc.)
