Ive been staying in this house for years. Kudo's to the new owners for the upgrades on the bedding, flooring and furniture and especially the new theater. I wish more owners would realize simple cost effective upgrades not only ensure rentals, but a better quality of renter. It doesnt cost much to keep up with the times and keep the money rolling in. I would highly reccomend this home. I would however ditch some of the furnitue, especially the love seat on the second floor master. Lowers the overall look of the room. Bathroom upgrades in some bathrooms would be nice, but overall great house! Owners are super nice and accomodating too.

This house was great.we had an extended family(from near-by area) get-together, house accommadated our guests. We all loved the "Theatre". We didn't figure out the phone system, but since everybody had cells that was a problem. Would love to come back to this house!!!

Carribbean Breeze is just close enough to everything -- the beach, the restaurants, and the bridge coming from the north! Enjoyed the media room!

From the moment my family entered the house, we were in love with the space. This house is huge, and the pool was great. The location was close to stores and shopping, and also to the beach so everything was easy to do. The staff at Outer Banks Blue handled everything with great care and even brought out a new blender when we arrived and found the one there was cracked. The media room was a huge hit for the whole family on the one rainy day we had.

Renter needs to know ahead of time if there is a problem with any of the amenities. The hot tub did not work and you knew it but I had to make a call to find out why it was not working or were we doing somthing wrong. It took 5 days to repair. By the way we have already booked the same property for next year.

Our extended family spent nearly 2 weeks at the Carribean Breeze for a family reunion around my sons wedding which was held at the Hilton Garden. The overall condition and ammenties of the house were outstanding, great location within walking distances of most activities. The Run Down Cafe and High Cotton are must for great low keyed eating!
We enjoyed the house so much that we have discussed returning with some friends in lieu of a cruise for a relaxing change. This was our first time to the OBX. We were very please with all OBX has to offer for a relaxing vacation. -

We would have liked to have had 2 washer and dryers- we had 10 families in the house and the w/d situation was not accommodating for us- and if the pool was heated that would have been a plus but other wise a great time had by all!!

I cannot write a bad thing about our stay. Caribbean Breeze was the perfect house for our family. There was plenty of room for each of us.The house was cleaned upon arrival and the decor was very tasteful. The service we received from the day we booked our reservation through our stay was exceptional. We will return to this house on our next vacation in the Outer Banks!

This place was absolutely awesome! The space was plentiful, the furniture was very comfortable, and it was decorated appropriately for the beach scene! The cleanliness was amazing, considering a large group had just left several hours before! We had a huge family vacation, ages ranging from 76 to 6 months (teenagers included), and everyone had a grand time. There is something for everyone at this location! I definitely am looking forward to coming back next year.

There were 63 of my immediate family, staying at the three ten bedroom homes in Southern Shores. There was nothing that we needed to bring, these houses were so well stocked. Every single family member was in love with their house. This was our 1st, of what we hope to be our annual vacations.
We had more fun,just being together, which these three houses allowed us to do. We are already thinking OBX 2011. We were close to stores,shopping and just fun in the sun.

The house really lends itself to family gatherings, with enough room to get away if you want to. Proximity to the beach meant many relaxing hours enjoying the waves and lying in the sun.

A WONDERFUL HOME FOR A LARGE FAMILY GET TOGETHER. TASTEFULL COMFORTABLE, LIKE A HOME AWAY FROM HOME, ONLY BETTER. THE STAFF IS PLEASANT TO WORK WITH, AND THE LOCATION IS VERY CONVENIENT. EVEN IN BAD WEATHER THERE IS MUCH TO DO TO KEEP OCCUPIED RIGHT THERE IN THE HOME. A DEFFINATELY HIGHLY RECCOMENDED STAY!
