This is a large well appointed home that provided the best of everything we needed, this was the best stocked kitchen of any home we have rented. your AV equipment was top notch, the pool and even the mattresses were all great.I rented this house based on price the pool and location and was glad I did. Thank you so much for investing in our comfort, we will rent this home again and again.
I would suggest a broom be provided for the kitchen floor and maybe a small TV for the twin bed rooms so children could play games and watch DVD'S. -

This was our 22nd year staying on the Outer Banks, but our first time staying
at WIN YOU OVER. Chicahauk is a lovely neigborhood and what a wonderful
home to share a family vacation! We stayed there with our 21 month old son,
my parents, my younger sister and her boyfriend. The house was beautiful
and well-maintained. It felt so homelike, but still "beachy" which was perfect.
There were a ton of amenities and all the rooms were a great size. The pool
and hot tub were where we spent many an evening swimming, laughing,
having a few drinks, and playing games. There is a beautiful view of the ocean
from the top deck and the walk to the beach is so easy. Overall, just a great
place. We will continue to go back for many years to come!! -

This is our fourth year renting with Southern Shores Realty. This is our favorite over all house. The house was huge and the walk to beach with red light crossing and life guarded beach was perfect. It had a nice private back yard and side yard to do activities.

Southern Shores always provides excellent service when renting from them.
We really liked the home, although the kitchen amenities were lacking (chipped plates and cups). The dishwasher, while it worked, didn't work well, so plates came out dirty. No other complaints though.
We loved the pool area, and the quick walk to the beach. It would be great if the owners provided a beach cart/wagon for renters use.

The home was very large and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were clean and wonderful. We had a very enjoyable week there. The house was also close to many things in the Outer Banks area.
