Our beautiful neighborhood beach features a playground, lifeguard and bathrooms (in summer). The beach area includes a shaded picnic area with tables and grills.
If you enjoy the peaceful country setting, where one could simply relax and sit quietly reading a book or stroll along a private beach then this is the place for you!
When you are not at the beach, you are just a stroll from the charming village of Southold featuring excellent shopping, restaurants, luncheonette's, ice cream shops and a short drive from the Greenport’s Historic Seaport Village. Kids will love the antique carousel right on the water.
There are also many fine restaurants to enjoy located on the North Fork just minutes away. The famous seaport village of Greenport is approximately 5 miles. This house is perfect. Clean, stylish, roomy and all newly renovated. The owners of this place take great care to provide the best when it comes to comfort and it shows in all the details. I want to stay here every weekend as it's just a 2hr drive from NYC.

What a relaxing place to stay. This is a great place when you want to get away from the hustle of the city and want to briefly stop time to be with family and friends. The living room and kitchen are spacious. The best part is being so close to the beach. We literally cooked, grilled on the patio and went to the beach; it kind of took me back to the days of being at my grandparent's beach house. We went to some really nice restaurants, which are only a few blocks away and spent time in the beautiful city center (downtown). Its a perfect getaway.

We had a great time at this house. It was newly remodeled, but it still had the "farmhouse" feel. Best thing was being able to walk to the beach, little downtown and also make a number of trips to the yummy food truck at the North Fork Table and Inn. Definitely recommend for a relaxing beach weekend. Bring your bikes because there are wineries and farm stands that you can ride to. Wifi and a/C a big +

the house was so much more beautiful and roomy than anticipated. the new kitchen has all appliances, the bathrooms are the nicest and cleanest i have seen in a weekly rental, really nicely done!!!
the back patio is wonderful to sit and enjoy the evening air. during the day we walked to the beach and town, only 5 mins either way. a truly ideal location. and none of the Hamptons stress!!! -

The house is really adorable and cozy, and perfect for a fun group of friends or family. A really short walk to a great beach and cute town. We would definitely recommend it! The owners are really nice too!
