Situated in central Southport these Apartments are an ideal base to explore and visit this lovely seaside town in the North of England.
Southport has excellent rail links with Liverpool and with its many parks, gardens and long sandy beach it hosts many exciting events throughout the year.
The Shelbourne Apartments can accommodate upto 6 persons (with Apartment 1 taking 8 persons) and each has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The Apartments are just over the road from Southport's famous Lord Street, the Beach, Ocean Plaza and Splashworld. Morrisons Supermarket is a couple of minutes walk away.

At the Shelbourne - there are Apartments 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 which are available for holiday lets - they are all very different - please call or email us and we can discuss which is the best Apartment for your needs!
Apartment 1 sleeps up to 8 persons and the 2,3,4,6 and 7 sleep up to 6 (although we have been known to squeeze a few more in!). This maximum occupancy does not include babies for which a travel cot can be provided.
The prices above give an indication - but please see our website and use the availability button or call us and we will give you the price for the Apartment which you are interested in.

We booked this apartment due to close location to the exhibition centre. It was reasonable priced and well equipped. The decoration is a bit tired and a lick of paint would do wonders! Cleanliness was o.k. though the ensuite shower needs cleaning more thoroughly and re grouting. There is some road noise that kept us awake the first night but didn't seem so bad the next night. If you want a reasonably priced base these apartments would be ok.

This apartment was in a good place for everything, nice apartment clean with everything you needed. only downside is the slanted ceilings in some rooms.

Had a great stay in apartment 3, with friends, for an event at the Southport Theatre/Floral Hall which was a 15 min stroll away (it was gloriously sunny when we were there, strolling was the order of the weekend). Rooms were spacious, airy, clean and tidy, beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and the lift up to the apartment was useful. We did have a problem with the lift at one point but the owners attended to it really quickly. Really good experience

there was 6 lady golfers in our party, Southport catered for all our needs Shopping, eating, golfing drinking and sight seeing, Shelbourne apartments were idea for all these, the apartments were very well equipped and maintained and we would all gladly revisit

If it is location location location, the Shelbourne is unbeatable. Perfectly situated at the end of Lord Street, everything within easy reach.
The quality of the accommodation, for us, verged on the fabulous. Relaxed, elegant, spacious, comfortable and superbly equipped.
One of the tests of the quality of anything is what happens when there is a problem. On our first visit, the central heating had a minor malfunction. The owners had it fixed within an hour.
Talking of the owners, they are warm and welcoming, as well as knowledgeable about Southport and its environs.
Sorry but the Shelbourne deserves nothing but superlatives. I can't think of a single downside.

My husband and I travelled from New Zealand to stay in Southport. {one of our old haunts} Pat and Melanie were so obliging. Our son and his family joined us for 3 weeks.They had a problem with their computer and Melanie came to fix it almost immediately. We are looking forward to staying there again in 2012.Thanks Pat and Melanie.

The apartment is wonderfully furnished and equiped and offers extremely comfortable accommodation that is close enough to the town and amenities to leave the car but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Pat & Melanie were very helpful and friendly when making the booking and upon arrival. You don't need to look at other locations, you can book the Shelbourne with confidence that you will enjoy it.

These are excellent, modern apartments with every convenience. The location is excellent for shopping or leisure.Parking is good. Everything was great, have no complaints. Our last stay here was with some friends from australia and they were very impressed.

Thanks Melanie and Pat for renting out this lovely flat.I had three children with me, but everyone had plenty of space, and we were very comfortable. Great location for me to parks and town. I'll definitely be back...
