ExeterA wondeful week with friends and family in a charming, historica
Left on 06/10/2012 for a stay in May 2012
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Nathan Clark House. The house sleeps 14 people which made it possible for us to enjoy the week with two other families. The house is across from the harbor and is a nice location for enjoying many parts of acadia National Park. The house has a charming feel and is rich in history. There is a large working fireplace in the center of the home. The house has all the necessary modern appliances and kitchen utensils.

pennsylvaniaGreat home to stay for a multigenerational family reunion!
Left on 09/15/2011 for a stay in June 2011
This property consists of two houses that is separated by a door. This arrangement worked well for our families that needed a quieter side. The kids loved to explore the home that had so much history and charm. The location was quiet yet conveniently located by a lobster pound that we walked to almost every night. We would definitely stay here again.

Laguna Niguel, CAGreat Historic House
Left on 08/30/2010 for a stay in August 2010
This is a great house, originally built in 1814! The house is well maintained, rich in history, and comfortably accomodated our group of 12 adults with room to spare. There is a large yard area for lawn games and a big driveway and garage for cars and bikes. The house is literally steps from Biels lobster pound so you can order your lobster and even take it home for dinner! Southwest Harbor is a great little town with everything that you need. Be sure to visit the ice cream shop and order the Black Bear ice cream. We highly recomend this beautiful home!

dallas, TexasYour house is a wonderful mix of history and comfort
Left on 07/29/2010 for a stay in July 2010
The Captain Nathan Clark House is a wonderful mix of history, comfort, and “home away from home” feel. It's a great location - walking distance to a lobster pier and restaurant, literally across the street from the bay in a quiet, attractive neighborhood. The house was perfect for us. We are already talking about next year.

nya great time
Left on 07/08/2010 for a stay in June 2010
We had 3 families with 9 total children and the place was perfect beds for everyone. Highly recommend renting both sections if you have a large group. The Rebecca's section of the house is and addition and was great especially in the morning when the other side was sleeping, and the early risers could eat breakfast without waking everyone up. The 2 kitchens and 2 frigs accommodated all our supplies It's location is perfect to platform to any destination on the island. And of course lobster rolls just down the street. It truely was the best vacation and the kids are still talking about when we are going back.
