The ground floor kitchen /dining room has a brick-vaulted ceiling, and is accessible both from the main staircase and from outside. It is fitted with a large dining table with room to seat guests from other tower apartments. The kitchen has gas hobs and an oven, a fridge-freezer, and a food processor. The bathroom is tiled in white, with marble floors.
