This is a beautiful new villa set in extensive private gardens, at the foot of the Puig Maria Mountain in the Colonya Valley, down a country-lane from the Pollenca road just outside the old town. It's enclosed in a lovely private garden with large lawned areas and fruit trees surrounding the magnificent ecological, low-chlorine swimming pool. There are wonderful views across the surrounding countryside and up the Puig Maria to the famous 18th-century monastery at the top.

The bungalow-style villa, built to a cool, contemporary design with a few traditional Mallorcan twists along the way, is the perfect choice for couples as well as fami...lies with children. The house is set back a good distance from road into the Colonya Valley and enjoys a lovely spacious garden that is completely enclosed so that children can play safe within the grounds, and there is a gated-driveway. The lane on which the villa is situated is very quiet and leads into the old town avoiding the Pollenca road which means it is easy to make the walk into Pollenca old town, taking around 20-minutes, a torch is recommended for evening walks as the lane is unlit.

Inside, the villa is spacious and light with cool wooden floors, high ceilings and bright colours throughout. There are two bedrooms - a very spacious master double and a twin - both are air-conditioned and the double has a contemporary en-suite bathroom befitting a five-star hotel, there is a second bathroom separate to the twin. The lounge, dining area is large and is furnished with comfortable sofas, TV and DVD with several English channels available. There is access through patio doors to the pool and easy access to the kitchen which is also very modern and well stocked with all the necessary mod-cons. There is a further house-bathroom and exterior access to a separate laundry complete with washing facilities.

The high quality theme continues outside where there is a large covered terrace with dining table and chairs, a traditional stone-built barbecue, and a table-tennis table, conveniently shaded from the sun. The swimming pool is an ecological, low-chlorine pool and is surrounded by luxurious teak sun-beds with comfortable cushions.

Villa El Camp is a superb brand-new villa with a lovely family-friendly Mallorcan garden, in a rural setting yet close to Pollença town. A short drive will take you to the beaches at Puerto Pollença and Cala San Vicente.
