A City Park cared for by the Parks and Recreation Department it has a 2 mile fully paved perimeter, playground, dog park, water sports instruction and equipment rental. It offers every possible activity that you could want within 5 miles except skiing which is 30 minutes away. Two car garage, 2 car driveway parking and extra room at the end of the Cul de Sac.
