The Cappuccini Residence is located in the town of Spello. This small town, an ancient Roman colony, is one of the most beautiful towns in Italy. Visiting the old town will seem to relive the splendor of the ancient Roman Julia Colony. Visit the numerous Etruscan and Roman monuments, churches and fresco works by important painters, among which the Cappella Baglioni work by Pinturicchio that stands out in the Santa Maria Maggiore Church.

The rooms are on the bottom of the old town centre, at a few meters from the parking (free), in which mosaics of a Roman villa have recently been discovered, and you can visit them.
Not far from the square there are lots of cafés, piadina bar, pizzerias, restaurants and shops.
The rooms are all equipped with bathroom with shower, refrigerator, TV, small cooking corner and heating.
To all our customers we provide with towels and bed linen.
The linen change and cleaning are provided for stays longer than 7 days.

Abbiamo trascorso a Spello presso la Residenza dei Cappuccini un weekend fantastico!! Monia, la "padrona di casa", efficientissima ed organizzatissima, ci ha proposto un appartamento Favoloso nel borgo medievale del paese. Un monolocale con parte delle pareti a pietre e mattoni a vista, letto in ferro battuto, pavimento in mattoni, bagno con box doccia, biancheria da letto e da bagno morbida e profumata, TV LCD e, soprattutto, un camino che abbiamo già trovato carico di legna con tutto l'occorrente per l'accensione!!! Un atmosfera da sogno...un clima d'altri tempi...In casa non manca nulla..dal caffè al latte dai biscottini alle caramelle...una cucina fornita di tutto dai fornelli elettrici al frigorifero, posate, tazzine, calici per il vino, tutto splendente e lucido!!!Per chi proviene da una grande città come la nostra (Roma) a solo un ora e mezza di auto, la Residenza dei Cappuccini è davvero un "rifugio" dove ricaricare le batterie!!! Ah dimenticavo...Monia è in grado di darti tutte "le dritte" necessarie per mangiare bene...i gnocchi al sagrantino, gli stringozzi, il tartufo, il galletto arrosto e tante altre specialità umbre le abbiamo gustate grazie a Lei!! Consigliamo questa sistemazione vivamente a tutti. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

...premetto che abbiamo già soggiornato in un' altra splendida struttura della residenza e quest'anno abbiamo ricevuto un altro appartamento praticamente nuovo, bellissimo, in alcune parti in pietra, travi di legno e con alcuni addobbi natalizi. La posizione ottima sia per visitare Spello, splendida cittadina, che tutte le altre fantastiche città umbre come assisi, Spoleto, Perugia ecc...
Ci è piaciuto praticamente tutto della casa, dall'arredamento ai letti comodissimi, dai riscaldamenti alla wi-fi e quindi non possiamo che consigliarlo e ringraziare monia e gianluca per la splendida accoglienza con la speranza di tornarci al più presto. -

We stayed here for 3 nights and the apartment was very comfortable and spacious for our needs. It is located in a quite and pretty part of town, but close to a couple of great restuarants, and to walks out of town along the old roman aqueduct. The breakfast supplies etc were all set up in the kitchen and we did not see our host after the initial contact, but could call if we required anything. If you like a reasonable sized breakfast, you would be advised to get some yogurt etc yourself, as it was a bit basic. Cooking facilites were good to self cater. We were advised to go to the restuarant a few doors up in the same street and went there a few times as it was just so close and had great food and wine. Would be a good base to tour from.
