Left on 07/08/2011 for a stay in June 2011
Very nice, comfortable cottage about 20 min. from Galway & Salthill. Wheelchair accessible. Full kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry area & 4 bedrooms, 2 upstairs with 1 full bath (very small) and one full bath downstairs that is completely wheelchair accessible, but the shower is open at the bottom and gets the whole bathroom wet when used, which was a slight problem. We had to ask for extra towels to keep drying things up. Management is very attentive and promt in servicing the unit when requested and fixing things when needed. We had a shower leak from the upstairs to the downstairs hallway and it was fixe rather quickly. The property manager was very nice and professional and capable. The road on which the property is located makes a nice walking path and there are horses nearby. Spiddal Village is about a mile down the road where there are restaurants, grocery/gas store, banks, church etc. Convenient to exploring Connemara and Kylemore abbey.
