This fabulous three bedroom, ( 6 person ), 3 bathroom (en-suite), duplex penthouse apartment, is located on the second floor of the family Villa, in the heart of the ancient city of Split, on Croatia's scenic Dalmatian Coast. It features a large rooftop terrace with 360 degree view of the city, sea, islands, and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is within 10 minutes' walk of UNESCO protected Roman emperor's palace, as well as the bustling marina and the harbor front.

The apartment would make an ideal base for exploring Split, one of Croatia's most popular tourist destinations, which has much to offer in the way of sight seeing, bars and restaurants, music and art festivals as well as providing easy access to the numerous islands located offshore, which make for ideal day trips. Other areas worth visiting and located within easy driving distance include the UNESCO protected town of Trogir, the Makarska Rivijera with its fine beaces, Roman City of Salona and Krka National Park with its beautiful waterfalls.
