This is an exceptionally sunny apartment, located in the best residental area in Split -Meje. From apartment is beautiful view on the port, yacht club and islands.The lower windows in the living room open and transform in such way they make a little terrace for two with the tremendous view on Split harbor and islands.
It is located in a quite street among pine trees in park Marjan. Apartment is 5-10 minutes walking distance from the heart centre of Split 250m and 10 minute walk from a very popular beach, swimming pool and a yacht club ACI. The apartment is really confortable, clean and functional. The view of the sea and the city is amazing. We felt very well the 5 days we stayed there. It´s really close, 10 minutes walking from the turistic center.
The owners were nice and we would stay there again in another trip to Split. -

This apartment has a lot to offer. It view is perfect!! you can see the harbor and watch the ships coming and leaving. The view is amazing. truly amazing. location is pretty good, only 5 to 10 mins walk to the old centre. the apartment is on a hill, so it's a nice stroll.
the apartment is well equipped. with a washing machine, oven etc... it's great for a short & long term stay. Parking is convenient, there are spots right in front of the home.

Lovely little flat in a great location. 20 seconds away from a forest walk in a national park, 5 minutes walk from the water-front. Supermarket and restaraunts are nearby. Great facilities, very clean, stunning view across the whole of split and the water from the windows. The owner is also incredibly friendly and helpful. No complaints at all, heartily recommend.
The property is located at the top of a hill however so perhaps not ideal for those with difficulties walking. -

Location: On Marasovica, a good 15 minutes walk up the hill from the old town of Split. Street parking available. Not far from the apartment there was stairs going down which would lead you to a supermarket.
Apartment: Spacious. Two bedrooms although one has to go via one bedroom to get to the other. One bedroom contained one single bed only. Bed was quite comfy. If you slept on the window side, be careful not to bump your head getting up as the wall is pretty low. Bathroom and bathtub are on the small side. Kitchen was quite well-equipped. Direct view of the port/marina of Split and indirect view of Split.
Other point(s):
Ivica (owner) was friendly and kind. He brought us breakfast every morning.
A very good value apartment for what we got: a spacious apartment with a nice view within walking distance of the old town of Split inclusive breakfast and parking space.

Ivica, thank you for your hospitality. We really like the fresh bread you brought us every morning for breakfast. Sorry it's taken me a while to write this review.

This apartment was one of the things that made our stay in Split so special. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood just 5 minutes from the harbour front in the main area of Split. The large windows open up to the most beautiful view of Split you could ask for. The apartment well well equipped with all cooking, cleaning and other supplies as well. It was very safe and it made you feel like you were at home.
Ivica, the owner, was a delight. He was always there to help and was waiting for both our arrival and departure. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking for an extra special stay in Split.

Superb accommodation in the best residential area of Split, with fantastic sea views on Ciovo peninsula to the right, Solta island ahead and the beautiful marina and port of Split to the left. Apartment is quiet and very clean, equipped with all mods and cons for both long term family stay or romantic city break - I will definitely seek to stay there again when visiting Split

Recently back from holiday in Split and was delighted with our apartment - the Franic 2. Due to bus problems we arrived at 5am, but Ivica (owner) came to pick us up and drove us straight to the apartment.
Inside the place was immaculate, and the views were worth the apartment's price alone!
Great location also: 5 minute walk to town centre, 10 minute walk to beach.
Will definitely stay here during my next trip to Split, and would recommend it to anyone planning to go. -

A sunny apartment near a large park in Split. This apartment provides stunning views of split and the islands and is close to downtown. It is well equipped and includes satellite TV and a washing machine. It would even be better if a coffee maker and toaster were included. Also the owner needs to top up supplies between guests. We were short on paper towel and dishwashing soap.

Ivica, the owner, does a tremendous job at making his guests feel at home and is more than happy to advise you on some must see sights in and around Split.
The accommodation itself is spotless and contains a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils/equipment you need to prepare your own meal. The 8 sea facing windows allow for some spectacular views and are a great source of natural light. The excellent quality of the apartment makes the surprisingly small bath tub and sloping walls a small compromise when you consider the location, standard of the apartment and price.
Dog lovers beware though as the walk to the apartment takes you past a dog who seems to be permanently locked away in his cage without being walked or played with and whines every time you walk past.This undoubtedly was the least enjoyable thing about our stay.
I would highly recommend this apartment particularly in September - Split's considerably quieter of tourists and the temperature is still pretty warm reaching 26-27C. . -

Light, roomy, well-equipped apartment with a beautiful view to the sea. Ivica (the owner) was very friendly and helpful. The supermarket and restaurants were quite near but have to climb up to the hill when coming back to the apartment, Our second holiday in Croatia was a success! We can recommend this accommodation, it's worth your money.

The apartment has a spectacular view over the harbour. The main room is well lighted and in the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. Bedrooms are cosy. The apartment is ideally for family with one children/max 3 adults. Ivica is a friendly person, who gave us a lot of information about Spllt, surroundings and local becheas.
If you are traveling by car you will have a parking place in front of the apartment. At the beach you can go with your car and you will have free parking.
P.S The lobster wich Ivica cooked for us was delicious . -

I couldn't think of a better location for exploring Split. You are in a quiet and attractive residential area of the town but literally just 10 minutes walk from the centre. The appartment has absolutely everything you need and Ivacic is a most helpful and informative host. We had an excellent time in Split and would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

This apartment is perfectly located. It is charming and perfect for a couple or a family with one or two children. It is within walking distance to the beach and to the city center.
The apartment offers a breathtaking view on the sea and the port of Split. It is well equipped and sparkling clean.
The owner, Ivica, is particularly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He will ensure your stay will be a memorable one by suggesting different activities, places to visit, and will even prepare a fantastic fish dinner for you.
One of the best vacations we ever had. If we ever visit Split again, we definitely will stay at Franic 2.
