Our 3 * apartment is located in the heart of the old town of Split with many shops, restaurants, bars and main city attractions nearby . Just 5 min. walk from the sea front and about 10 min. from the ferry terminals, bus and train station.

i stayed with 3 friends in this lovely apartment. the renter, Tina, she's very lovely and helpful. the apartment have very good location, it's in the hearth of split, easy to find. it has everything inside, air condition, TV, wireless connection, washing machine, refrigater, oven, even coffee machine. i definitely recommend this lodge to families, up to 4 people groups who is seeking nice and reasonable place to stay.

We loved this place. It captured all the charm of Old Town. Tina was a wonderful manager who makes sure every amenity she can think of is in place. One of the reviews said it would be noisy at night, and although it's true we could hear the nightlife when we were sitting around in the kitchen area first part of the evening (part of being in Old Town), the bedrooms upstairs were completely quiet--we could not hear a thing. there is a bakery just a few doors away. And the air conditioning was great.

I recently stayed here with my husband and parents for a few days in September (i.e., not peak season). There were some definite pros and cons. Pros: The location was incredibly good in terms of being tucked in a beautiful, quaint alley of picturesque stone and being so close to everything within the Palace walls including great bakeries, pubs, etc. The price was also great and it was nice having a washing machine and small kitchenette. However, the downside of the location was that regardless of what day of week it was, from about 10pm until 1am every night there was very loud music emanating from several nearby bars. My parents slept on the second floor of the apartment and found that it had decent insulation from then oise. However, my husand and I were on the third floor and even with earplugs in, we couldn't fall asleep until after 1am every night - it was so loud! Which definitely interfered with the relaxation intent of the trip. But if you're the type to be out till 1 or later at night, then it's an outstanding choice. The only other negative was that the twin beds on the third floor seemed narrower than most and were pretty uncomfortable and the bathroom on that floor had a small window (with no glass) and no other ventilation and the door stuck - I got locked in one day and needed my husband to fanagle the lock from the outside to get me out.

We had the most fantastic stay in apartment Sonja. Surprisingly roomy, very tastefully decorated, quality linen etc, and with every amenity we needed. Tina was terrific, giving us advice on good places to eat and visit. Very easy checkin, Tina even assisted me in retrieving a camera I had left in Dubrovnik. We just loved our visit to Croatia and will definitely be returning. We highly recommend this lovely apartment, and Tina's very professional management.

Lovely apartment in central Split. Ideal for seeing sights and being in the hub of things. Great host. Clean and great facilities. Need to bear in mind it will be noisy at night. If you have young children, sleep will be hard. But very nice.

My wife and I stayed 1 night in Split and stayed at the apartment Sonja. The owner (Tina) was really friendly, and the apartment itself was clean, comfortable and centrally located for anyone touring Split. However, the apartment is a few meters from a noisy bar that (on Saturday night at least) played music unusually loudly, especially for being tucked within such a tight square, well past 1am. Additionally, we had several people knock on the door to ask us if a room was available (given the 'apartment' sign on the front of the building) which was a bit strange. Had I been able to get a decent night's sleep, I would recommend this apartment...but unfortunately I didn't.

Apartment was as described. We had plenty of room, it sleeps easily 6 people. The apartment is over 3 levels and is walking distance to everything in the Old Town. Split is so beautiful. The only one critique I have is that the windows are not sealed well being a very old building, and so you hear everything from the outside. If you are jetleg or unwell, it can be quite disruptive. I was not feeling great and on that particular night there was a party under our windows from the bar opposite, so I could not sleep till 3 in the morning, however the next night was fine. Take earplugs if you want to sleep in. The location just makes up for it. Great place for budget traveller.

Apartment Sonja is a lovely & warm apartment in old city and is fully equipped with modern home appliances ( air-cond., washing machine, coffe machine, etc.). Its location is very conenience, just take a few minutes to the palace, main bus station and the port. And Tine's instruction is very clear that make us very easy to find her house.

Sonja apartment was very pleasant to stay in. The apartment is 3 floors and very authentic. Its location is central in the Dalmatian Palace and is quite strategic. Excellent and affordable place!

Es war wunderschön in unserem Apartment mitten im Herzen Splits...
Durch die zentrale Lage hatten wir die Möglichkeit, uns die Stadt in all ihren Facetten anzuschauen und zu erkunden...und trotzdem zu wissen, bald wieder „zuhause“ zu sein! Ein leckeres Essen zu kochen, in der wohnlich eingerichteten Küche oder vielleicht ein kurzes Nickerchen zu halten in den gemütlichen Betten. Da das Apartment auf drei Ebenen verteilt ist, gibt es für jeden einen ruhigen Rückzugsort. Der schöne Strand „Znjan“ ist mit den städtischen Busverbindungen leicht erreichbar, doch auch das Meer an der „riva“ kann so Manchen verzaubern.
Alles in allem war es ein wirklich schwungvoller und lustiger Urlaub, auch Dank unserer netten Gastgeberin. Jedem, der einen aufregenden und außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt in der Stadt erleben möchte, können wir das Apartment „Sonja“ empfehlen!

The accomodation was spacious very clean and tidy and this is with a family of five living in the apartment. We were met at Split Harbour by Tina who greeted us with enthusiam and excellent English. We were given a direct guide to the property along with maps, information on places to visit and shown to the nearest supermarket. The people of Split could not have been friendlier. A lovely placve to stay and a beautiful Country to visit and experience.

Very friendly, helpful and extremely flexible owners. Clean, very well equipped and cosy house in the city center. Definitely worth every penny and much more. Only beach is further away from the center but still walking distance.

Loved staying there, it's the perfect location in Split as you could walk everywhere such as the fish market and the green market are just a few minutes away. There's a great kitchen for self catering, but many fine restuarants are also just around the corner. And just a ten minute walk to catch any ferry to the islands. The apartment was very clean and had everything you could possibly wish for, including beautiful bath oils! The Tina was so helpful, can only say it was the best part of our holiday in Croatia.
