High - end location in Split within walking distance to all relevant city amenities, beach bars, restaurants and other local popular meeting points. Very peaceful and green surrounding with reserved parking space for our guests. The apartment is newly refurbished in 2012.
We offer you 70 sq m apartment on a great location within walking distance to the center. Apartment has one big central living space (kitchen + living room), one big bedroom for 2 and one smaller bedroom for 1+1 and a big and comfortable toilet. Terrace can be used for the morning coffee and grilling.

We are located in the Central part of Split. Vast majority of amenities are within walking distance from the apartment (Old downtown, Beach Bars, Restaurants, Museums, etc.). Surrounding is very green and quite, but still within walking distance to the center.
Split is easily reachable by Air, but also with the car due to new and modern highways built in Croatia. Once you have landed in Split Airport, every 30 min Croatia Airlines transfer bus goes directly to Split center (25 min). Our Appartment is walking distance from the center, however upon arrival we advise you to take a Taxi which is available on the bus station (4-5min). In case you need any help, we are alway available per phone.
Split is a must visit place when you come to Croatia. Its old city center is more than 1700 years old and yet still well preserved. Whether you are looking to learn more about an old Roman culture, Slavic and Croatian culture, or just to enjoy nice beach bars and a seaside, Split is a perfect place to visit.

Left on 08/16/2012 for a stay in August 2012
The apartment is well located and very nice. Everything needed was supplied. About 10 minutes from old city walking. Walk to and from Bus station with luggage was about 20 minutes. To apartment is uphill all the way then three flights of stairs. Taxi from Bus old city to apartment is 5 minutes.
Having the washer was convient after hot days.
Small grocery right around the corner - but we typically stopped in the market in old city on the way back and gathered supplies at the end of our days. Bread, meat and fruit.
Walk to beach is about 25 minutes.
Water front in Split about 15 minutes
was very easy to navigate to and from apartment from old city and surronding area.
We were very well taken care of during our stay. Check in and check out was quick and well organized.
Absolutely enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting split.
