Our hosts were very accommodating; we were met at the airport and driven to our apartment where we allowed to leave our luggage whilst the apartment was made ready (we arrived mid morning). The apartment was clean and basically furnished though had everything we needed for a short stay. The key advantage was the central location, just minutes off the main square so perfect for sight-seeing, eating and drinking at the plentiful cafes and restaurants within the Diocletian Palace.

We stayed at BestOfSplit apartment for 2 nights in July. The apartment is at a very convenient location. It is nicely decorated and comfortable for our family. We arrived there earlier than the usual check-in and a staff came to meet us outside the Palace and took us to the apartment. She gave us information on what to see while we were in Split and also pre-booked a taxi to take us to airport on our departure.

Great owner, location, and the apartment. We were travelling from Copenhagen with 5 month old twins and we had wonderfull time there. Apartment was clean, furnished, had wifi, cable tv, and fully equipted kitchen. In the entry to the building there is a large coridor where we could easily fit our massive twin pram. For a small charge Ivana picked up us from the airport since there would be a problem to find a taxi with baby seats for our newborns. Moreover she organized baby coats for us. On the way to the apartment she managed to organize tools for required to fix my camera that broke on the airport. Moreover she asked about our hobbies and day later came back with informations where we can find it in Split. We could call her anytime or her employee. We got the tourist map of the city with atractions.
Perhaps the only small disadvantage is the balcony that doesnt look so great or the view from the windows. On the other hand this is included in that location. -

We stayed for 5 days in an apartment with balcony. The apartment contains eveyrthing you need and it was nice and clean. The location is close to the harbour, the palace, transportation, shopping and restaurants. We received good information as to sightseeing possibilities. We can only recommend this place.

I used Split as my base for my other side trips. So I actually ended up staying at 3 different places through Ivana. Each one was perfect. All were in ideal locations, very close to the action yet very peaceful.
Ivana was extremely organized and was able to arrange for efficient transportation to and from the airport. Branca and Daniela work with Ivana and were so helpful throughout my stay.
I would strongly recommend staying at any one of Ivana's units. You won't be disappointed. -

We - 3 adults, a couple and a friend - spent 6 nights here and enjoyed our stay tremendously. We haven't met Ivana, but she replied to all our emails promptly and fully, her young assistant received us at the apartment and she was friendly and helpful.
The apartment was very nice and comfortable for 3 people but I think it would be cramped for more than that. The location is perfect, in the pedestrian zone of old town, you are literally surrounded by cafes and restaurants, a few minutes walk from the sea front. Split has a very lively, sitting outdoors night life, so if the sound of cheerful cafe conversation into the night bothers you, better look for something further out.
One drawback is the lack of parking. We arrived by car and hoped to park in a parking lot, but had a hard time finding one that charged by the day rather than by the hour near the centre, and this was quite expensive in the end. Great WiFi connection. -

beautiful apartment and lovely owner, upgraded me for free :) i have an amazing stay lots of space, lovely atmosphere, furnishings really comfortable and homely, really pretty view and right in the centre of the old part.

Excellent service received from Ivana. Although our plane was delayed she waited in apartment until we arrived. The apartment was very good, excellent central location for all amenities, bars, places to eat, and near to coast, ferry landing, bus station. Enjoyed the whole experience only thing that was a let down was the weather (It rained a lot)!!

Fantastic Location within the walls of the Palace. Quite a spacious one bedroom apartment with an interesting little balcony. This was a very difficult place to find and I recommend you research its location well before arriving!

I stayed there for three nights with my friends. We wanted the place to be neat, quite well equipped with good shower and a good location. And we got all that and more! The location is excellent, althrough a little bit hard to find at first. And if you are travelling with a car you have to leave it maybe couple of hundred meters further away from the apartment.
Like I said the bathroom was neat and had a really good shower. It was also a very nice surprise to find a washing machine there too.
The kitchen had everything we needed. It's not big, but really ok if you want to cook something yourself.
So, if you don't want anything luxurious, but a really nice "normal" apartment, then I can really recommend this one!!!

The appartment is spacious and clean, and as it's in the very heart of the old
town, you can visit the whole city very easily and enjoy a night out, you'll only
have to walk two minutes to come back from a pub or restaurant.
On top of that, you'll get a warmful welcome and advice before you start
visiting the town !
You can't drive in this part of the city, but you'll find a place to park nearby.
Ideal if you're staying for a small group of friends, or a family of 3 or 4.
