Luxurious studio was completely furbished in year 2009. upon very high accommodation standards.
Spread on two stages, ground floor with equipped kitchen and dinning area, bathroom and lovely stairs which lead to upper floor-gallery etage with double bed and extra bed for one person.
In apartment you will have all modern conveniences and still be in center of 1700 years old Diocletian town.
Located close to city center so you can enjoy sightseeing historical localities such as Diocletian Palace, Cathedral ... visit green market or perhaps taste local specialties in one of the charming restaurants.

We had a GPS, but it was difficult to locate, and no parking outside. It is situated in an area of narrow lanes, about 10 minutes wald away from waterfront. We had to use a public parking area about ten minuttes walk away.
Mirna, the owner could have been more helpful about sevices in the area, becauase we arrived on a Sunday and couldn't get any food until the next morning as the supermarket was closed!
On the positive side, the apartment was spotless and very well appointed including a computer with free access to the internet, and two Tv's - large one upstairs with full range of channels and a small TV downstairs in kitchen.
Our disappointment was because it was rather dark and a bit claustaphobic - small windows and no outside area.Response from Split Apartment Croatia - 08/22/2011

We are very sorry to hear about your problems with the apartment. We wanted to point out that on the listing you could see the size of the apartment and it's stated that there is no outside space and that there is a parking place not a private parking place in front of the apartment. The apartment is placed in the center and very close to the pederstrian zone where all the streets are narrow.
Your host, Mirna, is not very good in English so she probably didn't understand very well what you're asking and she couldn't answer as she had non complains yet to her helpfulness.
I hope we can work out this because every guest is very special to us and we would like to keep up with good reviews. -

We liked the central location of this apartment (or, actually-house!). The service from Niksa (agency) and Mirna (owner) was excellent. We appreciated the air conditioning:) Tidy, spacious, and quite place!

The apartment was just great. It is absolutely brand newly refurbished and has all of the amenities you could ask for. Internet, laundry, big screen TV, plenty of hot water, etc. It is impecably clean. The location is a 5 minute walk to the old town, which is perfect. Highly highly recommended.

This house was absolutely perfect! It has everything you This apartment has everything you could possibly need! It's about a 2 min walk from the centre of Split. The owner (Mirna) was so wonderful, she helped us out with everything, she was so accomodating! The apartment is huge in European standards. It has 2 big screen tv's with satelite, a computer with internet, washing machine, & kitchen. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

We looked around bacause I wanted a clean modern apartment and there seemed to be quite a few dreary looking ones. I am very very happy with this apartment it had everything you could need, the owner was very friendly and helpful, the apartment was perfect for us and we would definately stay here again and are already recommending to friends!!
