How to find us ...
-- if you are driving from the airport follow the road that is marked Split-Dubrovnik ... continuing on the same road following signs for Omis-Dubrovnik (NOT turning into Split). We are about a 40min (30km) drive from the airport .
-- from the Motorway A1 --- first exit Dugopolje-Split toll ... follow Split exit again, then you will drive for about 10-15min and make an exit marked Split-Dubrovnik ... NOT turning into Split ... continuing on the road for Omis-Dubrovnik ... drive for another 10-15min (10km) ... we are on the sea side.
-- if you are driving from the Split port, train station or bus terminal follow the sign for Dubrovnik heading out of the city ... continuing on the road for Omis-Dubrovnik. The drive from the city to our place is about 10-15min (10km ) .
-- taking the bus from Split to our place is also easy .... we are on the main Split-Omis bus line, the bus # is 60. You get out at the stop just about 5m before our place.
-- driving from Makarska or Dubrovnik .... take the road heading to Split, we will be on your left side 10km before Split. If by chance you pass the LeMeridien hotel then you have gone to far and you need to turn back.

We were an extended family group and had a fantastic week using both apartments and the brilliant garden arrangement. Plenty of quiet spots, wonderful outdoor kitchen under olive trees and a few steps onto the beach and beautiful sea. The road noise was compensated for by the sound of the waves. The owner, Fabian, gave us any local information we needed and cooked our fresh fish from Split market on his wood barbecue, an amazing meal. The house is close to the bus to Split, wonderful daily market, and the shop just along the road sold everything else we needed. Amigos restaurant a few minutes walk along the beach is highly recommended. Trips to the islands were easy from Split. The owner arranged for our transport to and from the airport.

We were 10 people who rent the two apartments for 1 week, 6 adults and 4 children. The apartments are spacius and well equipped, and the garden with outdoor kitchen and bbq was perfect. Close to the sea with activities and restaurants within walking distance. There are also good communications to Split and Omis.
We had a wonderful week were the host also made a perfect meal for us one night.
Fabjan and his family are very helpful and serviceminded.
We can recommend this place and will definitely go back again. -

We really enjoyed our stay in your house and think se should have had some more days there. What we did not like was the heavy traffic in the street - for is this was disturbing during sleep, as the traffic was very intensive even in the earls morning.
The apartments are excellent. The ground floor was mainly used by us. We really loved the outdoor kitchen and the possibility to cook and eat outside under the olive tree. As we were to families with four children it is very much appreciated to have these ideal cooking possibilities. Our children don't like restaurants as much as we adults do...
The garden itself is also excellent with the different "rooms" you have created. And much closer to the sea is not possible. As my daughter says; the best thing was everything! -

Our group of 9 stayed here Memorial Day weekend and got a fantastic rate. The owner Fabjan couldn't have been more hospitable and the apartment was gorgeous and very well maintained. We loved our visit and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone visiting Split.

Fabjan was excellent to deal with. A great host and extremely pleasant and helpful. Location is great - leave you back yard and you are on the beach. Unit is very comfortable, well presented and is fully equipped. All facilities are nearby - market shop, restaurants etc. Close to Split so you can explore the islands. We spent 5 nights there as part of a 6 week European holiday and this part was the highlight. Will definitely go back again

We where 10 people in total renting the two apartments for 2 weeks, 4 adults and 6 children (3,8,9,9,11,13 years old). We had a very nice time. The apartments are well equipped, spacious and nice decorated. The garden with outdoor kitchen and bbq was perfect for spending the afternoon and evenings.
The beach is clean and not crowded at all, water is crystal clear and there is water skiing, windsurfing and other activities within easy walking distance. The owner with family gave us first class treatment. They kept the garden, arranged sun beds on the beach and even cooked a delightful meal for us one night. Supermarket and a good selectionof restaurants are within a few hundred meters. -

We had a very nice stay in Villa Maris! The apartments are fresh, perfectly clean and well equipped! The garden is also super, and it ends on the uncrowded gravel/stone beach. Bakery and ok shop nearby. Several restaurants in walking distance.
The hosts are very helpful, personal and service-minded! Enjoy! -

The place was really cool. Own summer kitchen, grill and sun chairs. It was about 5 meters to sea from the yard. There are many good restaurants near the house, I recommend this place!
