The house is at one of the best location, between the centre of Split ( 10 minute on foot) and natural park « Marjan» ( 5 min. on foot ).If you decide to come to this apartment you will enjoy in relax atmosphere of the green garden ( you may eat breakfast, prepare lunch/dinner or just sit and relax in the pleasant atmosphere).Transport from the airport to the apartment, organize by owner, include charge( 34 Eur-one way/car ).The owners speak English and Italian .Apartment ( groundfloor ) has 3 rooms((website: hidden)), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, diningroom and large beautiful garden ideal for children. Free Internet.

Market is about 50 m f...rom the house; behind the house is a big parking for about 50 cars.Everything is close to the apartment.Restaurant and beach(concrete) «Gusar» are only 200meters from apartment. So popular beaches ( rocky, pebble, sandy ) are also near.The nearest pebble beach in the beautiful pine forest Marjan is ten minutes on foot. Further there is a small bay of sandy beach- "Bene" with tennis and football playground,restaurant,children playground.

Owners rent a bikes( bikes rotes in the "Marjan" park ) and organize one day trip to Omiš( rafting on the river Cetina ), or to Trogir with visit the national park «Krka».Read more

How to reach the Apartment Žuvan

On foot – ( from bus, train station and ferry ) you may walk towards centre along the coastline through the 'Riva'(200m promenade), turn on right to Marmontova street, at the end of street turn on the left –Teutina (50m), again on the right and straight up till cross with light(you will see parking and playground).On your left side is Matoseva street.300m up on the left is private house( you will see blue mark at the street).You need about 25 minutes on foot.

By Bus: ( from bus, train station and ferry )
Take bus number 17 from the main open market
( green market) in direction to the hill Marjan and you have to take off before tunnel near petrol station „Spinut“. Return 100m and the house is over crossing in direction to center on your right side
By car:
You need to reach petrol station "Spinut", it is just 100meters from the house.House is on the other side( to the east side) of the station, towards centre.
Entrance in Split by streets directions: Domovinskog rata - Hrvatske mornarice-Kaštelanska-(before tunnel turn on the left) in Matoševa street (house is just 30-40 meters from the cross on the right side )

  This apartment is freshly painted, bright, clean, and well-maintained. It has a fully stocked kitchen and a beautiful garden area for barbecuing. There is an espresso machine, fast wireless Internet and it is located close to a beautiful nature park and beaches. There is a supermarket, restaurants, and bars nearby and it is an easy 10-15 minute walk to the harbour promenade and downtown attractions. I give an excellent recommendation for this apartment and its friendly owners!
