Description from the owner

"MARIO" is located 10 km from Split towards Dubrovnik, and 25 km from the airport. It's situated only a few metres from the beach, so you can listen to the sounds of the sea, whilst sitting on the terrace and enjoying our specialities.

We offer eight three-bed rooms, one two-bed, one four-bed room, and an apartment for two.

All the rooms are situated on the south side, and have a balcony with a sea-view. Rooms are spacious, with beautiful bathrooms, and are equipped with TV, digital satellite receiver, phone, mini bar, and air conditioning.

We're open throughout the whole year. We have our own parking for about 30 cars.

How to find us ...

-- if you are driving from the airport follow the road that is marked Split-Dubrovnik ... continuing on the same road following signs for Omis-Dubrovnik(NOT turning into Split). We are about a 40min (30km) drive from the airport ... we are on the right ... look for the big Pansion Mario sign.

-- from the Motorway A1 --- first exit Dugopolje-Split toll ... follow Split exit again, then you will drive for about 10-15min and make an exit marked Split-Dubrovnik ... NOT turning into Split ... continuing on the road for Omis-Dubrovnik ... drive for another 10-15min (10km) ... we are on the right ... look for the big Pansion Mario sign.

-- if you are driving from the Split port, train station or bus terminal follow the sign for Dubrovnik heading out of the city ... continuing on the road for Omis-Dubrovnik. The drive from the city to our place is about 10-15min (10km ) ... we are on the right ... look for the big Pansion Pizzeria Mario sign.

-- taking the bus from Split to our place is also easy .... we are on the main Split-Omis bus line, the bus # is 60. You get out at the stop just about 15m before our place.

-- driving from Makarska or Dubrovnik .... take the road heading to Split, we will be on your left side 10km before Split. Look for the Pansion Mario sign. If by chance you pass the LeMeridien hotel then you have gone to far and you need to turn back.

  We went to croatia to test a yacht named Terra Nauta 40.
  our accomodatians were reserved at the hotel
  Mario.
  we could dock whit the boat right in front of the hotel were we where greated by the owner.
  he showed us around the hotel and showed us our rooms.
  who are verry clean,light and spacious whit a vieuw on the adriatic sea.
  the suroundings were verry nice and relaxing.
  
  we got served the freshest fish cought by the owner Mario,delicious!!!

  I have no words to describe my delight.
  The villa is located on the beach.We had a beautiful apartment with a divine view of the sea.At night we slept with open windows because we were asleep on the waves hitting the beach.During the day we enjoyed the swim.
  The owners were very friendly and accommodating and also ran a restaurant which served excellent food.
  A great place that i would happily recommend !
