Additional Location Information
Spoleto is undoubtedly the perfect place to immerse yourself in Italian history, culture and food. The city occupies a striking hillside position and enjoys an international reputation thanks to the prestigious Festival of Two Worlds (Festival dei Due Mondi), one of the most renowned art festivals in Europe. Other cities with artistic treasures like Assisi, Orvieto, Perugia, Todi, Spello, Norcia, and places of interest likeTrasimeno Lake and Marmore Falls, are a just few kms away. Rome is 1 hour and 15 minutes away and Florence is 2 hours and 30 minutes away by train.
Spoleto effers the amanities of an urban centre combined with the proximity to countryside and mountains.
2 holidays together: city break + countryside retrait, if you decide to book a house in the countryside, then you'll have to take the car every day, even to taste an ice cream! On the contrary, if you just book an apartment in a town, you have to take the car or bus to reach mountains and the countryside, or walk for some kms. In Spoleto these 2 kinds of holiday are combined together!
Spoleto is within easy walking distance of mountains and woods. This is the reason why it is so much appreciated by visitors from all over the world: you have the amenities of an urban centre (theatres, shops, restaurants, monuments, train and bus connections) combined with the close proximity to the surrounding countryside and mountains, without taking a car! Departing from Spoletium holiday apartments, in a few mins you can reach the Ponte delle Torri (Towers Bridge), a spectacular medieval aquaduct that connects the upper part of Spoleto to the hills and then crossing into the woods and mountains. Here you have easy flat panoramic footpaths or the possibility to climb up the mountains, following the "Franciscan Footpath".
Umbria offers fascinating sceneries and you need only travel a few kilometres to reach cities rich in art and culture and places of unspoilt wilderness. Take time to get off the beaten tracks discovering hill-top medieval villages, silent hermitages and mountains popolated by ancient legends. I manage 9 apartments, 3 of them that are in the same building and have a shared area with a balcony, are so close to each other that can be rented together as a large apartment at a discounted price.
For a stay of more than one week... 5% discount off the 2nd week of a 2-week booking OR a 15% discount off the 3rd week of a 3-week booking OR 25% off the 4th week of a 4-week booking. For bookings longer than 4 weeks, each subsequent week will receive a discount of 5%. The discount(s) will be calculated on the average weekly rate of the booking so as not to exclude those people who wish to book a longer period that extends into a lower seasonal rate.
10% off for guests coming for the second or third time.
10% off for Students of Artelingua Italian Language School in the following apartments: Dama, Duca, Cavaliere, Appartamento Nobile.

During the Medium and Low Season I can accept shorter or longer stay (from 1 night up to 5 months).
I'M SORRY THAT I CAN'T REGULARLY UPDATE MY ONLINE CALENDAR BECAUSE I HAVE several PROPERTIES AND THE BOOKINGS CHANGE QUITE RAPIDLY, SO I PREFER TO LEAVE IT BLANK.
