The Mouses House Rainforest Retreat in Springbrook is arguably the most unique rainforest chalet accommodation resort of its type in Australia. Located in the World Heritage listed Warrie National Park in the Gold Coast Hinterland with a AAA 4.5-star rating. Multi award winner from ABIA, HMAA, Holiday's for Couples & QLD Tourism, the Mouses House retreat consists of 12 delightful Rainforest Chalets most with a loft and picturesque views and sounds of cascading mountain streams. Each individual chalet has a fully equipped kitchen, wood fireplace, reverse-cycle air conditioning, separate bedroom with 22" HD LCD TV, 42" HD Plasma lounge TV, DVD player, CD stereo radio, combined lounge and dining room, private balcony with BBQ. All chalets have their own private in-chalet 2 person spa bath with views into the rainforest, private telephone and free WI-Fi internet access. The Mouses House offers guests free use of our sauna, 38ºC oak hot tub, mountain bikes, DVD's & CD's and 1/2 size tennis court. At night possums will visit each chalet and can be hand fed. Why not spoil yourself with a in-chalet Swedish Body massage & we are only 400m away from the magnificent 4 km 'Twin Falls' Rainforest walk.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Wayne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
