Squamish Bluffs in perched on a 80m granite bluff overlooking the tip of Howe Sound, the Coast Mountain Range, downtown Squamish and the Squamish River Estuary. This 2500 square foot house offers spectacular views from its 3 bedrooms, all with surround views and private ensuite.

The main floor provides a large salon with surround views, and access to the hot tub patio. The kitchen is will equipped with ample counter space, a counter top stove on the centre island and cabinets galore. There is also an adjacent bar for your friends or guests to sit and socialize while you enjoy creating your favourite cuisine, all the while taking in the... spectacular views of the mountains. The dining area is next to the salon and just through the large glass patio door you'll discover a covered deck with a stainless steel gourmet barbeque. On the main floor is a bedroom with a queen bed and private balcony and a three piece private ensuite. The hot tub is also accessible from this private balcony.

Upstairs the master suite has a king bed and a private five piece ensuite complete with a two person Jacuzzi tub. Your suite has great views through numerous windows that bath the vaulted ceiling room with natural light. At night relax and read a good book next to your own gas fireplace. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and private three piece ensuite. All beds are new pocket coil mattresses. Need an extra sleeping space? There is a futon queen size pull out in the master suite.

Surrounded by climbing walls and within 7 minutes of the world famous rock-climbing wall the Squamish Chief, Squamish Bluffs is the perfect location to stay in the outdoor recreation capital of Canada. You can walk or bike to the downtown core for shopping and transportation to the ski resort of Whistler. In Squamish outdoor activities abound from mountain biking and kayaking, to canoeing and hiking. And all are within minutes. If you like to golf, there are five golf courses within a short drive too. Squamish Bluffs, a great place to enjoy the outdoors.

Whistler is a meca for adventure sports. Don't think for a second that the Village of Whistler is restricted to ski activities only. There is a spectacular number of things to do both in winter but also in summer. Take your pick from a very long list of activities which include hiking, mountain biking (some of the best in the world), Zip Treking, 4x4 tours, horseback tours, heli-skiing, cross country skiing, fishing, golfing and much much more.
The Village of Whistler can be accessed directly by float plane, train, bus, car and helicopter. Access to Whistler by car from Vancouver is via the Sea to Sky Highway which rises from Sea Level at Squamish all the way to 5000 FT + in the area north of Whistler Village. It is a well maintained highway but can be subject to extreme weather. Precautions should be taken to ensure that extreme winter weather is not expected before setting out on the drive.
