This beautiful, traditional French 2 bedroom-2 bathroom elegant apartment is situated in the heart of central Paris, directly on the gardens of historic Palais Royal and a short walk across the beautiful gardens from the Louvre Museum.

The apartment has kept its traditional French architecture with several entrances to the apartment, a long hall separates the king bedroom and large shower bathroom from the rest of the apartment. There are large rounded floor-level windows in e...ach room and typical French low ceilings which enhance the elegance, warmth and charm of the French/Italian decor with original paintings and antiques.

There is a dining table, comfortable chairs and two couches which can be used as single beds for children.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. It has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, separate washer and dryer, oven, and all utensils necessary for cooking and eating.

There are two bedrooms: the king bedroom overlooks the Palais Royal Gardens, the queen bedroom overlooks the quiet narrow street. There are 2 full bathrooms next to each bedroom with American showers. The king bedroom shower is equipped for disabled people. This two bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor (US second floor) of an elegant old Parisian building that is part of the original Palais Royal, built in the 17th century.

Everything in the apartment has been modernized to give maximum comfort and convenience while maintaining old-world charm. To ensure your comfort the apartment has central heating and AC.

WIFI and laptop are available and included in the rental of this apartment.

There are wonderful restaurants, cafes and food shops in the surrounding neighborhood.

We will be on hand to meet and settle you into the apartment, answer questions and help out in any way we can. We can make reservations and recommendations and as we live in Paris we will happily share our knowledge, insight and experience with our guests.

  My family and I felt royal upon being welcomed to our 2 Br 2 Bath apartment overlooking the Palais Royal Gardens. A lovely bouquet of pink and red roses , blue hyacinth, a bottle of good French(but of course) red wine, fresh croissants and a large bottle of "de l'eau sans gas", along with a lovely, Englsh speaking madmoiselle greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was as the website portrays. It was even lovlier, though, because it was ours for a fabulous week.
  It had been difficult to locate an apartment during our stay, "Fashion Week", that had 2 bedrooms and 2 (two) baths (the bug-a-boo) was centrally located, met our standards of cleanliness and decor that would make our 27 year absence from this incredible city an extra-special reunion (at a fair price).
  This is a top notch company with wonderful properties in Paris, and I understand, other cities in France, Italy & England. Although we loved our return to Paris, we are thinking of trying another city where we can utilize the same company and know that we will be treated like royalty wherever it is.
  I am not rich nor a snob but I do appreciate the good life at a good value. This apartment and people I had contact with, did not disappoint. If I were to rate this apartment & the company, I would give them a 99.9% (And I never give a 100% rating.
  So I say, Merci, beaucoup Paris Vacation Apartments, and to those looking to book, just don't desire it the same time as our next return to Paris! :) A tout a l'heurre

  I spent weeks researching guide books and websites to find a vacation rental in Paris. It needed to fit the following criteria: king or queen beds, showers, wi-fi, air conditioning, CNN, full kitchen, comfortable couches, elevator and great location. We needed two bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms and some privacy between the two bedrooms. I also wanted to pay under $3000 a week. Paris Vacation apartments completely fit the bill. I checked and read the reviews to be sure there weren't some hidden problems like a noisy neighborhood or poor maintenance.
  Paris Vacation apartments met us, explained the appliances, left us with lots of guide books and information, and were always available by phone or email. The Palais Royal gardens were our backyard, and I would sit by the fountain and read in the afternoon. We had breakfast and either lunch or supper at the apartment and enjoyed watching people shopping in the arcade and eating at the restaurant below us. We walked to almost all of the great tourist destinations, plus the Louvre-Palais Royal metro was so close by and the bus stop to the Eiffel Tower, #69. A perfect location and a relaxing and pleasant apartment. Merci! We shall rent from you again!

  Two couples stayed in this apt. for 10 days. The apt. was very clean, had everything as advertised. Pva staff where available if needed. They always replied promptly to any e-mail we sent them. They met us at the apt. when we arrived with fresh baked croissants and an excellent bottle of wine. Pierre Louis spent about an hour with us going over the apt. and giving us suggestions of places in the area. Their information binder was packed with information about the area and restaurant suggestions. We were within walking distance to restaurants, The Louvre, shops, street markets, buses and metro.
