Description from the owner
This quiet and and very bright apartment is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful 18th century building. The building is secured by a digicode and a intercom. This spacious apartment is newly renovated (Nov 2011). The decoration with beautiful colors and high-quality materials mixes up perfectly with old beams to create a very relaxing atmosphere. The designer who renovated the whole apartment coordinated colors and quality material to create an authentic, warm and frenchy environment. She worked on the harmony between the wood and the light to strengthen the elegance and the character of the property.

HeathfieldElegant, luxurius apartment
Left on 01/21/2013 for a stay in January 2013
We loved this elegant and luxurious apartment which is beautifully furnished.Comfortable bed with high quality linen provided. It is in a perfect location, only a few steps away from Rue Montorgueil with its foodie market, specialist food shops and cafes. It is close to some excellent restaurants and only a couple of minutes walk from the metro. We arrived by Eurostar from the UK and took the metro to the apartment, just five stops from the Gare du Nord to Etienne Marcel.
We will definitely return again. -

BostonIdeal romantic apartment in Paris!
Left on 05/06/2012 for a stay in May 2012
We have stayed in many apartments in Paris. This was absolutely the best. The place is in pristine, clean condition, ideally furnished, with every amenity we might need, including a great pod espresso machine with a supply of pods provided (for a nominal per use fee). For the first time in our experience of Paris, we had the luxurious feeling of a hotel (a great, large bed - one of the few kings in Paris!; a lovely bath/shower; perfectly functioning wifi, elevator access, etc. etc.) but with all the benefits of a private place. The location is amazing - great restaurants and literally the best stretch of cheese shops, fresh produce, wine stores etc. in all of Paris (and including the historic Stohrer bakery, operating since 1730!) just steps away. But since the apartment is in the back of the building and faces a pedestrian st. off the rear windows, it is silent inside at night, despite the crowds of revelers just around the corner. You are totally in it, but you can retreat to the apartment to be totally out of it! Perfect, I think. Everything in terms of getting in and out couldn't have gone more smoothly and since the apartment was perfect in every way and everything in it was described in a book they left, we had no reason in 10 days to contact the owner until the day we left. My only concern would be that in the summer, if you had to leave windows open, it will not be so quiet. If they put in an aC, it would be perfect year-round. In any case, we'll be coming back for sure.

We did not really want to leave, but duty called. Everything was perfect, location, decoration and amenities. Congratulations to the designer especially for the bedroom's curtains. Beautiful ! We won't forget our short stay in Paris. This place is so close to the Louvre, the river Seine and Notre Dame, it was so nice to be able to walk down the streets. Thank you so much! Daniel.

Fabulous location within easy walking distance of many key tourist/business locations and close by metro stations. The apartment is pleasantly furnished and decorated. Both the main and sofa beds are very comfortable with high quality linens, duvet and pillows.
The kitchen is reasonably well equipped if you like to cook; and the providores on the nearby rue Montorgueil will leave you spoilt for choice.
If you are tall (over 166cm) you might stuggle to stand upright in the shower but this is often an issue with apartments on upper floors in older buildings in Paris.
Arrangements for check in/check out are simple and hassle-free.
I would definitely stay here again on future visits and I would recommend it to other visitors.
Thanks for making our stay in Paris so comfortable alex! -

I found the apt. as advertised by owner, including photos. It has been renovated lately and fitted with new interior (kitchen, beds, electronics etc...). It is a good apt.
The location is less than 3 minutes away from the Metro and in a no drive zone.
Getting the keys to the apt. and returning them occurred as agreed with owner.
