This studio of 25mÂ? is located Rue Pierre Lescot in the 1st arrondissement of Paris. On the 3rd floor walk up in a building with a code, this apartment is facing the semi-pedestrian street.

Can welcome 2 adults and a kid .

From the entrance, you access to the main room (with double glazed windows), with a queen size sofa-bed, a dining table with 3 chairs, a console with a television and a DVD player. It's facing a semi-pedestrian street.

You'll have a high speed internet connection, the cable TV and a phone line on a restrictions mode (free incomings calls, you have to by a prepaid card to exit).

The separated kitche...n is fitted with hotplates, a fridge, a washing-machine, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster.

All dishes and utensils you may need to cook will be at your disposal.

The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin with a mirror and toilets.

Linen, covers, sheets, towels, vacuum and an iron are also at your disposal.

The rue Pierre Lescot is located in the heart of Paris, 1st arrondissement, near the shopping centre (Les Halles) with a cinema, shops and restaurants. The area is packed with all kind of restaurants.

You are also at 2 steps from the Montorgueil area (close to the Saint Eustache Church), and from centre National Georges Pompidou (The Modern art museum). You are at the frontier with the Marais.

  3 of us (2 adults and 9-yr old) spent 10 lovely days in this apartment. 'Paris be a Part of It' is a great agency. Apartment is really small but adequate and the location is amazing. Pullout sofa was surprisingly comfortable and all 3 of us slept there as the extra bed was rather old and lumpy (Pbpi informed me recently that the owner replaced it). Bathroom was adequate (shower curtain would help), kitchen was cute, all the appliances looked brand new; washer was very useful. A few blocks from the apartment is Rue Montorgueil street market. There is absolutely no closet space in the apartment, so be prepared to keep the clothes everywhere (we used the drying rack). The apartment wasn't perfectly clean when we got in (a few dust bunnies on the floor, some dishes and cutlery needed rewashing), but it wasn't a big deal - we were not asked to leave it in pristine condition either... Due to the proximity of Rue Saint Denis, there was some yelling at night, also noise from delivery and garbage trucks early morning - none of it bothered us much... Free Internet was very handy and reliable.
  Check-in was a little messy because of miscommunication between 2 agencies (Pbpi and the agency that handles the check-in - they are not as accurate as Pbpi) but we were not much rattled by it (although I must say, we travel a lot, we know Paris well, I speak French and we're European-born - somebody different might have been in hysterics coming to Paris and finding apartment locked and getting only automated messages in French as responses). We simply walked to Rue Montorgueil, pulling our luggage on cobbled streets, bought some food and an hour or so later, everything was resolved and we were in the apartment... Lack of elevator was a great way to exercise every day!
  Everybody we dealt with in both agencies was helpful and they all spoke (or wrote) very good English. We would be happy to rent this same apartment again and to deal with the same agencies again.
