Saint-Gervais-les-Bains is a 19th Century spa town located halfway between Megève and Chamonix. Known as the cradle of ski tourism in France, it makes an attractive, ideal base for exploring the resorts of the Mont Blanc region.
The resort has two centres, Saint-Gervais village (altitude 850m) and Le Bettex/Mont d?Arbois ski resort (altitude1400m) linked by a fast 20-person gondola whi...ch is situated 900m from the residence. There is a large free car park by the gondola lift station.
From here you have access to the vast Evasion Mont Blanc ski area which takes in the charming and chic resort of Megève and extends over 420km. The centre of the village is around 1.3km away, across the Pont du Diable and at the other end of the village, the Mont Blanc Tramway, goes up to nearby Les Houches. Argentière and Chamonix, not to mention the formidable Vallée Blanche descent are all within easy reach by road. In short you have a great choice of resorts in an area of outstanding beauty.
Les Arolles is made up of three 4-storey Alpine townhouses (with lifts) divided into 34 apartments and is located in the upper part of Saint-Gervais Les Bains, 900m from the Bettex-Mont d?Arbois gondola and 1300m from the resort centre (all amenities). The apartments offer spacious, comfortable accommodation.
We offer 3 sizes of apartments for 4 to 8 people. If you require a different size of apartment to those shown here, please contact us with the number of people in your party.
The 2 bedroom apartment for 6 people may be split level and measures approximately 46 - 50m².
There is a single sofa bed and a pull-out, single drawer bed in the living area as well as a coffee table, sideboard and TV.
The kitchenette adjoining the living area is equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, a microwave grill, a fridge and a dishwasher as well as an electric coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
There is one double bedroom, a second bedroom with either twin beds or bunk beds and a bathroom or shower room.
In most apartments the toilet is separate.
Apartments have either a balcony or a terrace.
There is a jacuzzi and a small gym on site, which guests may use free of charge, and a sauna (payable after 1 free session). There is a lounge area next to reception with comfortable sofas and wi-fi access (payable). Various items can be borrowed free of charge from reception including board games, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board and raclette or fondue sets.
For your convenience, ski lockers, an underground car park (payable) and a laundry room with coin-operated machines are at your disposal. There is a public telephone box in reception.
