Welcome to Lee’s Cottage nestled in the cottage/resort community of Stanhope, Prince Edward Island.

Lee’s Cottage is a family run cottage operation for the past 45 years. We are known for our attention to detail, cleanliness and casual atmosphere.

Lees Cottage currently offer a three bedroom cottage for weekly rental. The cottage is located at the end of Blanchard Lane, a private road in the heart of Stanhope in a very peaceful and enjoyable environment.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and the third bedroom have a twin bed. All linens and towels are provided, with the towels picked up and repleni...shed each morning.

The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and 2 eating areas; the kitchen and the glassed-in sunroom both have dining tables. There is a 4 piece bathroom, with tub and shower. The cottage has a large living area outfitted with a TV, DVD player and cable TV. The sunroom provides a quiet place to relax and a place to enjoy the cool island breezes at night.

A large new deck on the eastern side of the cottage has been added in 2012.A Gas grill (BBQ) is provided along with picnic table, outdoor lawn chairs, clothes line, and a fire pit. Additional Location Information

Lee’s Cottage is located in the heart of Stanhope at the end of a private road. We are located next to the PEI National Park and a short 5 minute walk to the National park beaches. Within the National park there are hiking trails, interpretive programs, supervised beaches and a new 10 km paved walking/cycling trail from Dalvay to Brackley beaches.
Lee’s Cottage is located a short 5 minute walk to the Stanhope Golf and Country Club. This is an 18-hole public golf course along with a putting green, driving range, eating area and pro shop.
The Covehead Wharf is located 3 km. from our cottage and has fresh seafood for sale daily, offers three deep sea fishing excursions per day (weather dependant) and Richards Eatery a local favorite for fresh seafood and offers spectacular vistas of the Gulf of St Lawrence and the Covehead Bay.
For fine dining there is Dalvay by the Sea located 5 km away and the Dunes Gallery and Café located 7 km away. Both restaurants have been featured in Where to Eat in Canada.
Other island favorites while on vacation include visiting Historic Charlottetown; the Birthplace of Confederation, which is a 20 minute drive from Stanhope. Here you will find Confederation Centre of the Arts featuring the musical Anne of Green Gables, Province House, the Confederation Boardwalk, shopping, craft and farmers markets, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, liquor stores, etc.
While on PEI don't forget about our world famous lobster suppers served in North Rustico or New Glasgow, both within a 20 minute drive from Stanhope.
Cavendish is only 20 minutes away where you can experience the Cavendish National Park with its beautiful beaches, the Green Gables house, Sandspit Amusement Park, along with many other family activities and restaurants.
