An excellent apartment with 2 bedroom in Arpoador with balcony with an amazing view over Ipanema beach. The apartment is very well located, only one block from the beach and close either to Copacabana and Ipanema. It have 2 bathrooms, 1 king size and 1 queen size bed, wireless internet, cable TV, air conditioner, 24h doorman, pool and gym in the building. The price already include maid service twice a week.
During CARNIVAL and NEW YEAR this apartment is only rented for a minimum of 10 NIGHTS with different rates from the rest of the year.

Right Between Copacabana Fort and the corner of Rua Francisco Otaviano and Avenida Vieira Souto, the neighbourhood of Arpoador is very famous for the wonderful rock that invades the sea separating Ipanema and Copacabana beach, with one of most beautiful views in Rio de Janeiro: on one side, the Ipanema and Leblon beaches with the Morro Dois Irmãos in the background; on the other, Diabo (Devil´s) and Copacabana beaches. The Devil’s Beach or Praia do Diabo, is a very small beach between Copacabana and Ipanema. It is a very nice spot for surfing practice.
Besides the view and the beach, the district of Arpoador also has a nice park with lots of green where Brazilian and international stars present popular shows. The park was baptized the “Garota de Ipanema” (Girl from Ipanema), in homage to the famous song by Tom Jobim and Vinícius de Moraes, “cariocas” par excellence.

This apartment is amazing. It has the best view Ipanema Beach and Christ the Redeemer, plus the management is excellent! Great people to rent from. I would definetly suggest this apartment for anybody looking for a place to stay in Rio. Walking distance to both Cococabana beach and Ipanema Beach. (Ipanema is my favorite) Plus it came with Internet, which really helped researching the area!

The apartment description matches what we found when got there, what is not described is the sensation you get when facing the 2 Brothers-hill in Ipanema at sunrise, and the arpoador beach at dawn, what a great surprise!.
Very clean and well organized services with a superb location near to Copacabana and Ipanema, we had nothing but a great stay, we were a family of four with 2 teens and the facilities were appropriate to accommodate all of us comfortably. I would suggest the possibility of exchanging the full bed size bed in the second room for two twin beds that could be assembled as a single unit as needed. Thanks for providing us with such great stay in the marvelous city of Rio de Janeiro.
