USAFelt like being at home...
Left on 08/02/2012 for a stay in June 2012
We wanted to get away for a weeks stay and decided to find the comfort of home in a nice condo setting. This condo was so comfortable and nice. New appliances in the kitchen with beautiful counter tops and the living area felt like home. The furniture was very updated and nice. It simply felt like home and not like a rental property.
Nice walkining/running trails very near by which one could take to walk to Safeway. It is about a two mile hike (one way) on a paved path through the forest, but well worth it. It was a nice surprise.
The unit is very clean with nice balconys to sit outside. And it is a very private and quiet unit without hearing the usual noise in a condo setting. It simply felt like home.
Dealing directly with the owner was very easy and professional. This was the first time we have used Trip advisor for a condo search. And we were very pleased. -

This cozy townhouse is a great place to stay while visiting Lake Tahoe. Its modern-decor made us feel very much at home. It is very clean and has access to pool, jacuzzi and laundry, which is a plus, traveling with kids. We've stayed a couple of times, both winter and summer season. It is the perfect location, convenient to the Heavenly Ski Resort, lake and casinos. I would highly recommend this place to families/small group.

SF Bay AreaEach time we have stayed here, we've had the best experience!
Left on 01/06/2012 for a stay in January 2011
This place is consistently clean and has all the amenities a family away from home needs. We've made it a tradition to have snowball fights and tobagganing right outside of the home, so other family members can watch from inside. It's centrally-located and close to ski resorts, casinos and grocery stores. We highly recommend this place to couples or families!

We've actually stayed at this spot twice, which says a lot right there. The place itself is very clean --- i am very particular about bathrooms and this one passes muster --- has all the amenities of home with a well appointed kitchen, has a washer and dryer right on the premise which is so convenient and is very close to skiing and tobogganing (we've only stayed in the winter). The furnishings in the living room are tastefully done, comfy and situated right in front of a fire place --- great for roasting marshmallows and cozying up after a long day in the snow. This place was perfect for our family of 4. What more can i say other than, next time, we'll try staying in the summer.

The condo is very nice. it is not near the recreation room so you have to drive. It was a long walk downt town along the freeway so I would not recommend that.

We really enjoyed our stay at this great townhouse. The location is ideal and close to everything: Heavenly Ski Resort, the casinos, numerous restaurants, the lake, etc. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the kitchen had all the conveniences of home. We highly recommend staying here.

We have already rented this place several times... this townhome is just perfect for us. Close to everything (shopping, restorant, beach...), amazing location in a middle of the pine trees, so quite and relaxing also having access to the pool is really handsome!.
Another plus is that the house is really child friendly, we have 1 todler and 1 baby who loved to play with all the toys there!. -

Left on 07/14/2010 for a stay in March 2008
This cozy 2 bedroom townhome is centrally located. It's a short distance to the casinos, Heavenly Ski Resort, and to the lake. Safeway is 1/4 mile from the town house. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated with granite countertops and new appliances. In the back of the townhome, there's plenty of open area for kids to play in, especially during the winter months.

Great location, easy access to major points of interest. The condo was nicely decorated, but stifling in the summer heat without any air conditioning. We had some trouble finding what we needed to prepare our own meals in the kitchen, we wished it had been better stocked. It was nice having a washer and dryer to use.

Owner
In the interest of energy conservation and to avoid raising our rates, we opted for a ceiling fan in the living/dining area, rather than air conditioning. We also have a portable fan for the bedroom, although it cools down considerably by nightfall. Admittedly, our kitchen is not stocked for the gourmet cook, but it should allow vacationers to get by with the following: 12 sets of dishware, silverware, glasses, tumblers, wine glasses, cutlery, 2 cutting boards, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, several pots and pans of various sizes, cookie sheets, pyrex dish, colander, ice cream scooper, tongs, spatula, ladles, electric can opener, and cork screw. We welcome suggestions for additional supplies.
