Naples, FL, United StatesWow, what location!
Left on 03/19/2013 for a stay in March 2013
I just wanted to take a moment to recommend this property. We recently had a group of 9 guys stay for a 4 nights and we had a blast. Everyone was in agreement that the Condo was great. The location definitely made it a trip to remember. It's literally a stone throw away from one of the lifts. One word here, convenience! For anyone's first visit to Tahoe also looking for nightlife traveling to and from town via shuttle or a quick cab ride is easy and about a $20/10 minute ride. The inside of the condo is very nice and has a great patio for having a few after a long day of skiing. My only suggestion is the patio furniture can be improved. Also, the last 1 or 2 to shower out of our group did not have much hot water. Let me reiterate that these are only minor suggestions not complaints as I would gladly return and recommend this property to anyone. We loved our stay!

Great location for ski in/out! Condo nice on inside but not to fancy. Plenty of seating for everyone. Stairs a killer after long day of skiing but great views awaits.

San Jose, CA, United StatesLocation outweighs details
Left on 02/27/2012 for a stay in February 2012
The location is PERFECT- literally, ski in and ski out! Overall, the place was great! There were some minor things that can be improved-- parking situation clarified (e.g., We were supposed to have 2 spots, but there was only 1 parking pass. We called, but didn't get a response throughout the weekend. Stove's major burner has 1 temperature/heat-- HIGH; many light bulbs out; you need to be in shape to walk up those stairs). However, we had a great time and the location is fabulous. We'd recommend the place.

Beautiful location, clean, well furnished the only thing that was upsetting was that the BBQ grill was not working and we had brought food to BBQ.

Alamo, CA, United States420B Quaking Aspen Lane
Left on 08/09/2011 for a stay in August 2011
The property is not recommended for young children or handicapped. There is no elevator to take up luggage etc. The exterior deck and stairs are wooden and left splinters in our children's hands. That is a safety issue and has been neglected by property owners. Also, there was a plank missing from the interior floor (first floor near dining area). There was a nail in that plank. Very disappointing.

Folsom, CA, United StatesGreat stay in Tahoe!
Left on 08/02/2011 for a stay in July 2011
I booked this property for a weekend get-away for my friends. We had a great time, and the property was beautiful. It's literally right in front of a ski lift with trees and mountains all around (no lake view). Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc, and there were plenty of towels. The only bad thing that happened was the hot water heater was broken - but the property manager promptly had it replaced. It works great now! The only thing I would warn people is that there are A LOT of stairs to climb to get to the front door of the unit, and the shared spa is not within walking distance. But, it's worth the climb! I would rent this property again!

Laredo, TX, United StatesBetter be in good shape to stay here.
Left on 03/24/2011 for a stay in March 2011
This property is in a great location for skiing, but you better be in good physical shape because there are 64 steps up to unit. We did have one big issue when we got there - the heat would not come on so it was 53 degrees inside. The next day maintenance came and fixed the problem. The only other issue was the satellite not working in the upstairs living area. The manager had to come and reset it. Overall, everything was fine, but calling this a luxury condo I think is a little overrated.

Not a lot of information on the logistics (passcode to get in, instructions while staying or checking out, etc.). We had trouble with the heater every day, but they had a repairman on call to work on it. Finally fixed for our last night. Great location.

Morrisonville, NY, United Statesdissappointed
Left on 01/23/2011 for a stay in January 2011
to start with some positives of this rental: 2 floors with 2 seperate living rooms worked out well as we had 2 families staying there. comfortable furniture, and very comfortable beds. plently of sheets and bath towels. nice bathrooms and TVs in 3 out of 4 bedrooms. great location with stagecoach lift right out the door. 4 flights of stairs to get up to the unit, but that was due to it being mountain side (but should be mentioned in description). Now for the negatives: description of units stated a garage, but ours did not have one. also stated pool and spa (year round) but we searched high and low and could not find it. some MAJOR negatives: there was dirt and food left over from previous occupants (much under the couches and on dishes). the vaccum made the place worse by not working well and blowing dust into the air, and the only broom the bristles fell out all over the floor as you swept. so i felt like the place was dirty the whole week because we had left over dirt, plus our own that we could not clean adequately. my final complaint is the kitchen!! it is very small, which i cannot complain about because you can tell from the pictures on-line. but the problem is that it is not stocked well for cooking. we only had one tiny casserole dish, NO pot holders, dirty mixing bowls and pot/pans. can opener did not work, fridge and oven were disgusting. miss matched dishes (when a unit is described as 'luxury' i would think a matching set of dishes NOT from the 70's would be there)and to top it off, 4 coffee cups and only 2, yes 2!! cereal bowls. this unit boasts it can sleep 10 (we did not have 10), but we all could not eat a bowl of cereal and have a cup of coffee in the morning, nor make a lasagna big enough for us all to eat!! we had 4 adults and 4 children...we wanted to make most meals at the rental. the kitchen's lack of supplies made this VERY difficult. the owner really needs to spend a little bit of money and supply the kitchen better. if the kitchen had what
