This modern private Lake Villave townhouse style vacation rental is nestled among the towering scented pines in Nevada, one mile (1.6 km) from the California border. This two story, 2,000 square foot, cathedral ceiling condo has an interior decor that is superb with a "Southwest" theme! This vacation home has a LAKEVIEW including a view from the 500-gallon, 7-person, top-of-the-line outdoor Hot Tub on the sun deck. We knew going in that we had rented a very reasonable house, and nothing was a surprise. The jacuzzi was clean, the house was well-located, and everything functioned as planned (minus wifi, which didn't exist).

The house is about a mile from 'Harrah's Casino' which makes it a good location for Tahoe tour. Besides, it's neatly maintained and quite spacious for a group of 6-8 people.
The only problem we faced was for 'Wifi' which was missing and there wasn't any proper response when we called office numbers. -

It was unfortunate that this property is so run down. The up stairs bathroom toilet runs constantly and you can hear it throughout the bedrooms. The beds are in terrible condition. The screen door does not open or close, so basically you have to take it off the track to move it. There is no railing at the top part of the stairs, so my elderly Father had a really hard time with this for 4 days. The outside stairs are rickety and there is no railing halfway (seriously a good 3 foot section is just missing) up so you could easily fall on to the rocks. The dishes were dirty. By the way, there is no A/C. Up stairs gets very hot during the night. Bring a fan! The jacuzzi was the best part.
This was not worth the money. I would be happy with a $300 refund! -

Outlets in the rooms should be checked. Plugs just fell out when put in an outlet. We had to put things up against them to keep them in. In general I felt the unit needed some deep cleaning, upgraded kitchen pots and pans, a vacuum would have been nice as well as a barbecue on the deck. We really missed that. The hot tub was a great feature.
It was ok. Would I come back....probably. -

We were given wrong access code and had to call for a new one.
One of the steps leading into unit broke from poor maintenance.
Location was wonderful. Unit was great. It could use some updating.
Thanks we had a great time and your staff was very quick to correct any problems we had.
