Heavenly Nevada Ski Townhouse

Why Heavenly Nevada? Because on the Nevada side, you are enveloped in a world of pristine snow, majestic pines, serenity, and breathtakingly insane views of both the cleanest, deepest, most beautiful lake in the world and the contrasting beauty of the desert below in the Carson Valley.

I am the owner and this is my second home. It is a fantastic property with sweeping views of both the desert and of Lake Tahoe and is located at the top of Kingsbury Grade (SR 207) in the middle of the Heavenly Nevada Ski Resort. If you want to map it on google maps, the address is 275 Tramway Drive, Lake Tahoe, Nevada. It sometimes pops up as Gardnervil...le but it's a google glitch...

The townhouse sits between Stagecoach and Boulder lifts in the Heavenly Nevada ski resort (on the Nevada side). The free shuttle picks up on Tramway, right in front of the townhouse, and will take you the 2 minutes to either lift with all your gear. In addition, there's a shuttle to the casinos so you can take in the restaurants, nightlife and shopping at lake level.

At the entry level, there is a spacious room with a Queen bed, full bathroom, and a refrigerator to house your drinks. This opens onto the deck with a Hot Springs hottub. At the middle level, there are two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed (one of which has a sliding glass door to a small deck), a stacking washer and dryer, and a shared full bathroom. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are on the main level.There is a very spacious loft above the main level that has a Queen bed and a pullout Queen sized bed. This has a full bathroom.

The skiing on the Nevada side is amazing----there are very few crowds and the views from the top are staggering. You can also ski around the mountain to the California side. Have you ever skied Heavenly Nevada? It's by far one of the best in the world---the powder and views make it an unparalleled experience. There is a Hot Springs hot tub on the deck for you to soak in at the end of the day and a fridge right inside to keep your beverages cold. The kitchen is completely remodeled and has all of the modern conveniences and is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc., There is a restaurant/bar walking distance up

the road called the Fox & Hound with lots of friendly folks if you don't feel like cooking and want to watch some sports and play a little video poker.

You can enjoy the fantastic views of the lake and slopes right from the decks of the townhouse! There is WiFi available throughout the townhouse in case you want to surf the web or have to be plugged in to work. There is a big flat screen TV in the living room and DTV for you to enjoy all of your shows in the evenings as you unwind from a hard day of playing.

There is plenty of parking for your vehicles. The Nevada side is by far less crowded and you can ski to the California side while taking in the breathtaking lake views.Read more

The townhouse sits at the top of Kingsbury Grade in the middle of the Heavenly Nevada Ski Resort. There are lake views from the deck. You can step down the stairs and the shuttle will pick you up to take you 2 minutes to either Stagecoach or Boulder Ski lifts. Walking distance is The Fox & Hound restaurant and bar. A 10-15 minute drive down Kingsbury are all the casinos, shopping and nightlife that Tahoe affords. Enjoy the sweeping views and serenity at the top of the mountain! You can fly in to either Reno or Sacramento and drive over. There are shuttles to the casinos from the Reno airport. Located about an hour from Reno and about 2 hours from Sacramento.
