Cascade sleeps up to 10. There are 10 beds: 1 King, 1 queen, 3 twins, 2 roll-away folding twins, and 3 queen sofa beds. Our home has a private hot tub, 2 story living room, 3+ bedrooms 2 baths, 2 car garage, street and driveway parking, two view balcony and is within walking distance to Lake Tahoe.

I highly recommend this vacation home. It's clean,
and it has a well
equipped kitchen if you want to eat
there or you can just as easily
eat out because of
its proximity to the casinos and other restaurants
downtown. Also, we loved the indoor hot tub when we
weren't at the
outdoor hot tub/swimming pool at the
clubhouse. -

This was the 4th (!) time I have rented one of the condos in Stateline from
Randy Reed. We just keep coming back. The condos are roomy and nicely set
up, and well equipped. The forest is great. Nothing is better than waking up in
the morning, having a nice cup of coffee on the deck. The mountain air is
fabulous. After a day of hiking you come home to a hot tub before bed! For
those that like the casinos, they are a scant mile from the condos. -

This property is located very close to the Casino's in South Lake Tahoe which made it an ideal home base inbetween gambling and having a good time in South Lake Tahoe.
The property is more rustic in style. Dont expect the amentites of a posh hotel, expect a quiet location where you can spend some family time. It has the feel of home and is a good place for a large group to have a re-union. A matter of fact, one of the best features besides the location is the amount of beds available for a large group which made it really comfortable. I enjoyed the view of snow-capped mountains from the front balcony and will be back again soon. -

On behalf of everyone on our trip - we had a great time at the Snowbird.
The house was a great deal for the price we paid! The foosball table was
in constant use by the guys and the living room area by us girls! Thanks
to the DVD player in the living room, we were able to watch movies each
night we were there. The guys brought their Playstation and had fun
playing the video games on the TV in the loft area.
Snowbird is real
close to the casinos and the beach, but is set in the woods - in a quiet
neighborhood - A GREAT SETTING.
Our birthday getaway was a blast and
we hope to be able to come back again in the future!
