If you are looking for a nice home that is clean comfortable and quiet this is it! We are In a Quiet wooded area, yet less than a mile from the beaches, casinos and major Tahoe attractions. Our home, named Moose Lodge is stocked with everything you need to enjoy a restful and economical visit.
Moose Lodge is a bright sunny townhome located directly across from the US Forest and a trail which provides excellent Cross Country skiing in the winter, as well as casual hiking/biking during the other Tahoe seasons. Our townhome overlooks the Forest and looks up at the Mountains of Heavenly Valley.

Located in the Stateline Nevada area in Lake Village. Moose Lodge is less than a mile from the Casinos and slightly over one mile from the Heavenly Gondola. Edgewood Golf course is 1/ 2 mile from the home. A grocery store and shopping center is located approximately 1/4 up the highway from our complex.

A $300 refundable security deposit must be added to each stay.

Great place to stay with good size bedrooms, nice balcony with a grill, fireplace and garage to use. Close to skiing and the supermarket.. Good service- no problems getting in and quick return of the security deposit. We will stay here again when we go back to Tahoe.

Spotlessly clean, well-equipped condo with an excellent owner who is very helpful at every stage of the experience.

Great location with pool and jaccuzi. Easy 2 blocks to clubhouse and next to good walking trails. Affordable and also friendly owner. Good for entire family especially kids

We stayed at Moose Lodge for 4 nights in early March. We had stayed at another one of Nancy's townhouses (Tahoma Lodge) in the same complex many times before during our winter ski trips to lake Tahoe. As in all of our previous stays, everything about the vacation rental was perfect for our short ski trip. The home was clean and well supplied with all of the amenities we needed. Nancy has always been a pleasure to work with, and very responsive to our needs. That's why we keep going back to her rentals. We will be back again next year.

We have stayed at moose lodge during the summer for the last three years. It's a beautiful place. Nancy has everything you need. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush. The condo is spotless, with comfy furnishings and room to move around. The location can't be beat. Turn left and go to casinos, shopping and good eats. Turn right and go to Nevada beach, Zehpyr cove or just a ride around the lake. Lot's of places to go including running/bike path just outside the door. We can't wait to go back.

We had a fabulous time here for my mother's 50th birthday. It was close enough to the casinos for my parents to go play every night and during the day we headed to the lake for some sun, it was perfect!!! The owner even provides an ice chest for your convenience!! The hot tub is also very welcoming during the cool evening hours of the summer!! We had a great trip, we hope to return. Thanks again Nancy!!

My wife and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary at Rubican, managed by Nancy Hawkins. Coming from Southern California, we just happened to be there after a beautiful snow fall and it was exactly what were hoping for. The home was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We enjoyed it so much that we didn't leave until we checked out. Nancy was very considerate and thoughtful and made sure we would have a very memorable stay. We've tried other condos before that over promised and under delivered. this place was everything Nancy described to us and more, and can't wait to go back.
