Christmas week rentals are a minimum of 5 nights between Dec. 20 -26, and New Year's rentals are a minimum of 5 nights between Dec. 27 - Jan.2. Rates during the Christmas and New year's period are $400/night.

We enjoyed staying in the townhouse. Five of us, ages 23-55, were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the convenient location and the quiet neighborhood. The townhouse was clean and spacious and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and ski runs. We were pleased to meet the gracious owners of the townhouse and we would highly recommend this property to anyone vacationing in the area. We especially enjoyed having a full kitchen and laundry in the townhouse.

Peaceful, relaxing, warm and inviting, this Lake Tahoe home feels instantly familiar, yet light years away from your own housework and homework and work work!
Barbara and Owen were kind and considerate to us from the very start. They attended to every detail so we wouldn't have to. We had a number of relatives gathering from all over the country, and I cannot think of a nicer place to do this...
This is definitely a place I would come back to-with friends, family, or both. Most resorts are not so well appointed, nor in my experience, are they as clean. Even the amenities were top-notch!

This newly furnished townhome is very nicely appointed and an excellent home away from home. It was decorated very nicely and was very clean. It has all the amenities you need and was very comfortable. It is an added bonus to have a garage. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property and have recommended it to our family and friends.

We spent 6 weeks here with all the amenities needed to be very comfortable. The decor and furnishings were lovely. The roads and driveway were prompty plowed after each snow,and we loved the easy access to the unit thru the garage.There is a hot tub and ping pong table at the club house and a pool open in the summer. Lake Village is very close to shopping, restaurants and casinos,and about 15 minutes to the Heavenly ski area. We hope to stay here again

The townhouse is beautiful and recently remodeled. The location is in close proximity to many great summer activities in Tahoe that we enjoyed, beaches, hiking, bike paths and restaurants. It is also close to the chairlifts and casinos if that is to your liking. The house has all the amentities, TV/DVD, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer and is a comfortable place to relax. There is also a community pool and spa. We only had a group of 3 but this place would easily accomodate larger parties. Highly Recommended!!!

My stay in this location was most enjoyable. All the amenities one expects were available to me in the location. It was decorated most appealingly, making me feel warm and comfortable. I would certainly want this condo again in summer or winter if not already rented.
