Kim does a wonderful job of preparing the condos, always with a welcoming touch. This condo was in a convenient location and offered great views. It was very well furnished and homey. We were very satisfied. Only draw back was the parking garage which is fine if you don't have a big truck or SUV. Would love to go back!

Though not large, the condo was just fine for two women friends. The building is an older one but the apt itself has been updated. The reservation, check-in process was handled well. I do suggest you pay particular attention to directions to and from the ski slopes. The personal shuttle service can't be beat; we had no need for a car for our 4-day stay.

Dealing with Condos-in-Steamboat was a joy. Kim was easy to work with & offers wonderful prices & hospitality. The unit, Bronze Tree 302, was perfectly located for the mountain village & the views of the valley, Flat Top Range & sunsets could not be beat. It is right on the mountain so must be a ski in dream in the winter. The condo had lovely sheets, comfortable beds,terry robes, every cooking item we needed & 3 flatscreen Tv's! The building has an out door hot tub, lovely for soaking those tired hiker's muscles. There is also an indoor pool, indoor hot tub, & sauna. Bronze Tree is an older buliding but has been renovated & cared for well as has BT 302. Thank you to Kim for making our fall get away so hassle free.

We had the pleasure of staying in a wonderful condo for a very enjoyable week. The condo was well-decorated, clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and spotless. Both bedrooms were large and cheerful. The en suite bathrooms were very convenient. The fitness center, spa and pool were great and near by. The location is superb, both in September as well as ski season. It is a short walk to the restaurants yet enough up the mountain to be away from the crowds and to provide for fabulous views along with outstanding sunsets!

there are a lot of nice places in steamboat, i know, i spoke to at least a half dozen "barkers" managing the properties.
the difference here is that Kim, the owner/manager immediately sets herself apart from the others. she actually listens and helps you while on the phone! no emails trying to up sell you.. just solutions that fit our budget.
make no mistakes, the bronze tree 2 properties are top shelf. great views, indoor outdoor hot tubs laundry kitchens... we (family of 6) ate all our meals in, and saved a bunch of $$. best of all??? we felt like we had a personal assistant looking after us. thanks for the personal service Kim... you are a real pro! -

Condo was great, view was great plus the condo was well equipped with everything we needed.
Only problem we had was there was a bit of noise from a construction project across the way, but that was only during the day and we weren't there much during the day.
