Quail Run provides affordability without giving up luxury! This unit has over 1200 square feet. The bedrooms offer total privacy from each other because they are separated by all the living space. Don't want stairs, then this unit is for you!! Ground floor condo. The living room has glass sliding door that opens up to large grassy or snowy area for the kids to play outside.
Quail Run is located approximately 850 yards from the ski slopes. A quick drive by car or leave the car in the 1 car garage and catch the free city bus which comes by every 20 minutes. It is only a 2-minute walk from the condo to the bus stop.

We arrived to find a hamper of goodies and complementary bottles of wine to welcome us to Steamboat. The house was immaculately presented yet the layout, facilities and decor ensured we felt right at home. Well located for easy access to the snow fields using the free local bus service, yet far enough removed to ensure peace and quiet after a hard day on the slopes, we could not speak highly enough of the house or the management agency. Our 3rd visit to this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor condo. The kitchen had been upgraded since our last visit with a new fridge, cooker and dishwasher and other improvements had been made throughout the condo.
Well-equipped, spotlessly clean on arrival with loads of useful freebies provided by the management company, fast free internet access.
Great location: a 5 minute drive to the ski area and the ski bus stops just outside the complex.
Liked best?: great value, warm, well maintained, always a pleasure to come home to after skiing, hence we're on our 3rd visit.

We were amazed at the layout at the beginning. Once we found everything and got our bearings, we knew we would like it. Only one thing bugged us and that is that there was no air conditioning. A couple of us have asthma and although it was not a problem, we all thought there was air in the condo. If and when we stay again, that will be a contengency depending on the time of year we come. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Glad you enjoyed Quail Run 202. It is a big unit for only 2BR, 2BA.
Majority of people in Steamboat don't have A/C. It is 40 degrees of a night during the summer. You were here in June and the days don't get much higher than 75. I've lived here 20 years without A/C. 99.9% of us don't have A/C. I'm not sure why you thought the condo had it. I have no mention of A/C on the web site. I know your daughter lives here and I'm sure she doesn't have it. Again, I'm glad you had such a great time in Steamboat. Thanks for staying with us. -

Kim made everything very easy for us - so simple to book with no confusion or surprises. Kim is very professional and that carried through into this comfortable condo. Everything we needed was at our fingertips for us, from information to coffee filters and trash bags! I felt like it was our own condo that we just came home to! Thanks Kim we'll definitely stay with you again!
