This cute studio units offers 600 square feet of living space with a queen bed, pull out sofa sleeper, gas log fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. The hot tub is one level below the condo and has views overlooking the ski slopes.
I guarantee this unit has the easiest access to & from the ski slopes. I live in Steamboat. This unit is a skier's dream.

This condo is one of the older sights but everything is up dated. We love being on the 2 floor and only having 1 set of steps to climb. Condos in steamboat talk to Kim Filler she will help you. -

We had no idea how wonderful this location was but ours was wonderful!
The condo was sweet and comfortable in all ways. We had such a great time we will do again and hope to have the same condo again! Thank you for everything looking forward to next year.

This was my third year renting one of your condos, the last two were in the same condo, E20. Every thing was in the unit when I arrived, wine and lots of little goodies to enjoy over my stay. The skiing was good, but my order for every day lots of powder did not come thru. We have been coming to Steamboat for over 28 years and staying with Condos-in-Steamboat for the last 3 years. I will be staying agin next season. Kim is very helpful answering any questions before and during the stay.

Very comfortable place that is nicely equipped. Fantastic ski in ski out unit. Unit furnishing is a little dated but still very comfortable and clean. Also, welcome packages provided us with essentials as well as fun things. Only thing that really needs improved is bathroom lighting as it was very hard to see well. Also, with today's electronics, a few more outlets. Locker was a great thing too. Location was great. We would rent unit again

Loved the location! From the balcony, one can watch skiers go by. As a skier,take one flight of stairs and you are on the slopes. Sitting in the hot tub, one can watch the snow cats groom the slopes. Totally awesome.

The condo was a little small for 2 children (6yr and 3 yr) and 2 adults, but since we spent most of our time on the slopes, the ski in ski out outweighed the small size of the unit. The shuttle was not as convenient as some of the other places we have stayed on the mountain in the past, but at least there was access to one. Unit was clean and check in/check out was easy.

From initially contacting Kim through the stay, this was a first class experience. Kim was extremely helpful in providing info and great to work with. Will consider using their services in the future.
