This owner offers a eight year old, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, fully furnished townhouse located just minutes away from the ski mountain, right on the free bus route. Quail Run is a quiet private complex grouped into nine condo buildings and ten townhouse buildings. Our townhouse has a view of the ski mountain from the deck and ground floor access to a rear yard play space. The heated garage keeps your skis warm and dry in the winter months. Fabulous townhome! Perfect layout for our family of 5. Kids have their own area while Mom and Dad can relax in peace. Loved, Loved, Loved the ski locker that comes with the rental! Will definitely be back.

Family of five and grandma stayed here for about five nights over Christmas. Very clean and well maintained. Lovely washer and dryer and kitchen. Very good amenities throughout the condo. Loved the ski locker at the mountain base. Kim and Dan are the best at what they do. We've stayed at their properties before, and the properties and service are always top-notch. Kim is our first and only call for a condo when we ski in Steamboat. Thank you, Kim and Dan! We will definitely use Condos-in-Steamboat again and would definitely stay in this unit again.

Quail Run 3388 is a perfect unit for families. Plenty of room to spread out with all the comforts of home. We've stayed here for 4+ years and will return again for sure next ski season!

We stayed at this townhouse for five nights during our Spring Break in March with relatives. There were 8 of us. The home was very inviting and comfortable. Everything we needed was there and the property manager took care of everything.
We were able to use the grill and there were two bikes in the garage to use. Also, we had use of the washer & dryer.
We had a fanastic time and very much enjoyed the accomodations. -

This is my 1st time in this condo, but my 3rd time renting from Kim Filler. I stayed in another condo across the way from this one twice before. Both condos have been 5-star experiences, and Kim's service is also 5-star. She takes care of any issues that comes up promptly and is always available to help. The condos are beautifully furnished and very well-stocked. They feel like home-away-from-home. They are one of the best deals in town. We will definitely rent from her again!

This was the 2nd time I've rented this unit from Condos in Steamboat, and this visit was as good as the last! Unit is superior with wonderful views, comfortable furniture and is beautifully decorated. Best of all the property managers, Condos in Steamboat, keeps this place spotless and adds extra touches like welcoming bottles of wine and snacks upon your arrival. You just don't receive that level of service from other rental agencies in Steamboat Springs! We are a family of four who have been visiting Steamboat for about 10 years now...the service and attention to detail that Condos in Steamboat provides and this wonderful, affordable unit will keep us coming back again and again!

Unit was spectacular and the amenities well beyond what we expected. Spacious, clean, and well stocked. Everything was accommodated as far as our reservations, lift tickets, lockers, payments, checkout, etc. Even got special help when we're snowed in and had to spend an extra day.
Above all, Kim was especially helpful and generous in her attention to details and ensuring we had a memorable ski trip. -

This property was ideal for our family. The location to the bus route was perfect. Quail Run 3 had all the amentities listed which made for a no effort trip for our family. All of the appliances work well and sleeping accomodations were perfect.
In completion for anyone looking for a great priced family property, this is the one. -

Condo was very clean, convenient and spacious. Great views of the ski mountain. Condos in Steamboat provides fantastic service.. I wouldn't rent from anyone else again! Attention to small details to make our stay comfortable made all the difference. Very short walk to free shuttle stop. Good for families with children.

We could not have been more pleased with the condo. There were 5 adults and we had plenty of room to spread out.
The skiing conditions were great.
The shuttle service was good, but a closer bus stop would be nice.
The view from the the deck was awesome and we had a great time!
This is the best condo we have ever stayed in and hope to come back again.

Great for a Family Vacation!

Our stay at Quail Run 3 was outstanding. The condo fit our family of five adults and two children perfectly. There was enough space so that the kids could have their own space and the adults could have theirs.
Everything needed was provided. We didn't have to spend lots on the kitchen basics as you have to some places. All of the complimentary items were great too.
The location is close to the free shuttle and easy to find. You are just a short distance from restaurants and shopping.
We really felt at home, and, of course, the skiing was outstanding!
