In the living room you will find hardwood floors, a large flat screen television, a gas fireplace and only the finest of decor. this condo was awesome! The guys were big game hunting and us girls needed a place that was close to downtown...this really fit the bill. we had a donut shop a salon a thai restaurant a great pizza place right under our floor where we stayed. the shopping was a short walk,,, the condo itself was so beautiful and so comfortable for 6 people ... thank you pioneer ridge for my home away from home... ill stay there every time if you can let me have it for 500 per week! ill even do my own housekeeping!!

We have stayed in 3 different condos on the main street (Lincoln) of Steamboat Springs and never been disappointed!
The Victoria was well appointed with a view of the ski jumps across the river. Beds and baths were terrific (although I don't understand the current fad of piling 10-12 pillows on them.
Minor glitches with TV remote and dishwasher were resolved quickly by the maintenance staff. Also could use 2 parking spaces for 2-bedrooms, but the company was always helpful with any issues.
I have recently heard horror stories from rentals by owners (door lock wouldn't work and renting family left in the hallway for hours!) I fully appreciate there is a company to smooth the way and guaranty a good experience! -

We enjoyed our stay in Vic #2 first class unit ,clean, and very fair in pricing. We will stay there again in the future and would recomend it to anyone.

The condo was very elegant, but the layout of the bedrooms down a long stairway was odd. The 2nd bedroom did not have any place to put clothes except hangers in the closet (no chest of drawers). There was a lot of construction on the main road in front of the building, but we didn't hear it as the unit is on the back side. The train is very noisy at night, so sleeping with windows or doors open is not recommended.

It was the first time we have stayed downtown vs. the mountain area. It is so convenient to the shops, restaurants and trail, we had a great time! The Victoria is a lovely property, very clean, new, and roomy! The only down side would be that if you want to keep your windows open at night it is a little loud with the air conditioning units from the power company next door. Pioneer Ridge Mgmt. was very responsive to the few requests we had and pleasant to do business with.
