We arrived an were pleasantly surprised at the top of the line accommodations. The washer & dryer were a huge bonus & the outdoor patio with fire pit was amazing. My family & I walked to most of my son's baseball games. Shopping & eating out were equally as convenient. However, we rarely ate at restaurants because of the fully equipped kitchen. Crock pot and all! Spacious & clean, we appreciated the air conditioning. We hope to return to Steamboat next year & will most definitely stay @ Howelsen Place again.

We enjoyed our stay greatly. The view from the living room was simply incredible. The patio had a lovely fire pit and a grill that was convenient. The master bedroom was huge and had a great bathroom with plenty of room. The kitchen accesories were great and the appliances were excelent. The den was a nice little escape area that had a desk, futon, and extra chair. The desk was nice for writing, drawing, etc. We absolutely loved the condo and everything that came with it.It is highly reccomended.
