Located in the Mountain base area off of Mt Werner road and Apres Ski-way, this beautifully remodeled steamboat condo is only 75 yards from the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, which is a short 2-3 minute walk from your front door, or a short ride on the Free Private Shuttle! We have a heated changing room where you can store your skis and boots and also boot dryers for when your day on the mtn is finished! The complex also includes an outdoor heated pool and 2 hot hubs (patio in unit overlooks entire pool area) You can also forget about scraping the snow and ice off your windshield with covered parking and a large storage area on the bottom... floor where there is plenty of room to store your skis and snowboards in the winter or bikes and golf clubs in the Summer.

This unit has been entirely remodeled (Summer 2007) with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, new carpeting, new hickory cabinets, slab granite counters and all new furniture! You will not find a nicer unit in the Phoenix complex and your location is a stones throw away from everything Steamboat has to offer.

The open floor plan on the 1st level allows you to move freely among the kitchen, dining area and extra large living room with high vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows framing the beautiful steamboat surroundings! The fully equipped kitchen will be a welcome site for the cook in your family and had a separate dining area along with a large center island with bar seating.

When your meal is complete, your group is free to watch a movie or catch the big game on the large plasma TV with DVD in the main living room. You are also free to finish that favorite novel or plan the next day’s adventures in front of the gas fireplace. You can even send the kids to their room where they can be entertained with their own TV with DVD or to the clubhouse area too! If you need to check up on work during your stay, there is free high speed wireless internet access so you can make your employer “think” you are still working hard by answering a few emails.

After you decide to retire for the evening and rest your muscles from a day on the slopes or a hike in the mountains, the master bedroom suite includes a king size bed, vaulted ceiling, flat panel TV, and a private bathroom with granite counters and beautiful stand up shower. Or, perhaps you would like to walk downstairs to soak your sore muscles in one of the 2 hot tubs while watching the stars in the clear sky, and take advantage of the heated changing room, saunas and onsite massage room!

When you leave, our goal is to have you dreaming about the days spent exploring Steamboat’s mountains and valleys and telling everyone back home how incredible your stay was in our wonderful mountain home! And if you just happen to feel the curse of the Yampa valley calling you back, you will always have a place to stay!
